Nestled in Emu Bay, this charming house for $634 per night is a great option for your next trip. ABOUT COPPERSTONE KI We are not responding to bookings placed between the 20 - 27th April. You will receive a response on the 29th April... thank you An Architecturally designed Luxury Beach House completed mid 2015. Overlooking beautiful Emu Bay Beach and hinterland with stunning views from every room. Perched on 5.5 acres of private land. 500m to Emu Bay Beach - 5km white sand, drive on beach House has polished concrete floors in living, bathrooms and hallways Carpet to all bedrooms and 2nd lounge Large open plan living/dining area and kitchen, opens up to the sunken courtyard/entertaining area with BBQ, 2nd fireplace and front deck. Floor to ceiling double glazed windows in all rooms. Ideal Location for both a Summer or Winter Holiday. BEDDING CONFIGURATION BEDROOM 1: 1 King size bed, ensuite bathroom with a view over Emu Bay, walk in robe, sliding door leading to front deck BEDROOM 2: 1 King size bed, ensuite bathroom with a view over Emu Bay, walk in robe, sliding door leading to front deck BEDROOM 3: Either 2 Long Single beds or 1 King bed, large built in robe BEDROOM 4: 2 Long Single Beds, large built in robe *all bedrooms have Reverse Cycle Ducted Airconditioning and Ceiling Fans 3rd Bathroom with Freestanding Bath (with view over Emu Bay) and separate toilet *IXL Heat Lamps in all 3 bathrooms ***Disclaimer: As regulation decking has no railings - Copperstone KI is NOT RECOMMENDED for toddlers and young children.*** ***STRICTLY NO PETS*** ****STRICTLY NO FUNCTIONS OR PARTIES**** ***Bond Required $700 per stay***

Copperstone is exceptional in every way the furnishings are modern and high end,the stunning views from every room over the beach,the kitchen is extremely well stocked with fabulous equipment. Nadine was fabulous to deal with and was extremely prompt in replacing a kettle for us. This is a very special property. We had a fantastic time here.It’s only 15 mins from Kingscote so a great location.

Our family of 2 adults 3 kids (15, 13,11) just had a wonderful stay at Copperstone KI! The home has everything you need and more. The beds are all super comfy, lush blankets and towels even games and beach things. Everything is covered. The home has been designed and decorated at wonderful high standards. The location is perfect, 15min out of Kingscote. Fantastic views and very peaceful. Thank you Nadine for being a wonderful accommodating host. This home made our KI visit amazing, so glad we choose to stay here.

We felt so privileged to have been able to stay in this beautiful house. The photos of the house are a true reflexion of how lovely CopperstoneKI is. The view of Emu Bay from every room in the house is stunning and a lovely way to start the day when you open the blinds in the morning. The house is very well equipped and had pretty much everything we needed for our 5 night stay. It more than comfortably accommodated 8 of us, including 2 teenagers who made great use of the second lounge. Nadine was wonderful and easy to contact and quick to respond to any queries we had. If I could give the house 6 stars I would! I can highly recommend a stay at CopperstoneKI. Thank you Nadine

Six adults reconnected on a four day stay. Host was very accommodating for late check out to suit our ferry. Very clean. Everything thought of to cook up a storm while the weather turned nasty outside Greetec by kangaroos and a koala each day. No complaints :))

Incredible nature experience
Stunning property in a beautiful location with endless views. The property is well and maintained and there are stunning views from every room. The kitchen contains everything a budding chef could possibly need. There is so much nature in and around the property and a short walk to the beach. Problems with hot water were rectified quickly.

Stunning views, great location
Copperstone KI is a fabulous property. The pictures don’t lie! The kitchen is well equipped, beds comfortable and showers warm. The owners have thought of everything from stacking the fires ready to light to beach towels and baskets ready for a day at the beach!
Emu Bay is beautiful. The views from the house are amazing, nor to mention the sunsets and expansive skies.
Kingscote is a 15 minute drive away for groceries and petrol ( great fish and chips at the seafood shop next to the Caltex - call ahead to order as its popular. They have all the usual items on the menu). The Lavendar Farm even closer for brunch or lunch, where service is friendly and food tasty.
Great base to explore the island. A wonderful stay!

Copperstone is amazing, such a beautiful house and a beautiful location. I loved the way it was set up with 3 bedrooms up one end of the house with a kids TV room and then another bedroom set up at the other end of the house. Both Master bedrooms at each end have ensuites. The house was super clean and had everything you could possibly want, coffee machine, BBQ etc. It is such a lovely house that you actually don't want to leave it to go exploring KI. The kids especially loved how the kangaroos came out on the front grass to eat at night. This is a must stay if visiting KI.

This property is everything you could dream of. It far exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular, modern, high ceilings, huge windows, the latest technology, it is the ultimate luxury accomodation with every room enjoying uninterrupted views over the Beautiful Emu Bay. Everything has been considered, very comfortable beds, a huge kitchen stocked with everything you need. Indoor and outdoor fireplaces, 2 master bedrooms with ensuite, and spotlessly clean. We arrived in K.I. several hours earlier than the 2pm check in time, the owners allowed us to go straight to the house with no hesitation which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend.
