İts location and the building being historical and away from the soynd on the main street. Aldı Niko, eho greeted us and explained everything properly was really nice and polite. He dent us the maps and parking places around before we arrived. The breakfast was ok and the back garden cafe was perfect.

The location is perfect, the hotel is just gorgeous, the bedroom is with high cieling and spacious beds. The staff members were really helpful and nice.
People smoking even though it is prohibited and has signs in the courtyard. How awful to have your breakfast with your children while some people chain smoke the whole time. It is illegal and it ruined our meal.

The location is central and on a pedestrian street, eliminating traffic noise. The staff was very helpful and collaborative. They provide recommendations and try to make your stay enjoyable.
Everything looks clean and tidy at first; but as you move closer and start to touch things, there is a different feeling. An example is the hairdryer, which felt like it was covered with a greasy substance. The noisy bathroom fan was also quite annoying. We were quite upset as we were not warned about the undrinkable tap water.
