Комфортный номер, есть все необходимое. Со всеми просьбами помогали - вызвать такси, постирать вещи с дороги, заказать еду с доставкой поздно вечером. После трудного путешествия по Памирскому тракту было очень хорошо выспаться, отдохнуть и отправиться домой обновленными.
Для прогулок по центру и осмотра города лучше выбрать что-то поближе. Отель расположен в удаленном районе, рядом только гора.

this place was clean and comfortable. the room was large and wifi was strong. reception was friendly and helpful and even let us check in early.

It was the most comfortable room we stayed in our 1-month trip to Central Asia. I would definitely stay there again. The bed was very comfortable (and soft - a stark change from most beds in the region). The room was very big. The location is good. I would stay there again.
There were a few things that didn't work (the fridge, the safe, etc), but we didn't really need them.

Staff was very helpful. Location was good.
While clean, facility is very worn, with actual holes in the hall carpet. Lighting in the room was extremely dim. Breakfast limited.
