I stayed at Green Hotel for one night during my work trip to Osh. The location is excellent, situated in the city center where everything is within walking distance. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean, free of odors, and equipped with all necessary amenities.
The room offered comfort through towels, slippers, and bathrobes, yet it seemed rather compact. A glass panel in the door allowed corridor light to enter at night, a solid door would have provided complete darkness.
The buffet-style breakfast was enjoyable. Having a coffee machine added a welcome touch.

I had a pleasant stay at this small hotel in Osh. It is within walking distance of the town center, which was very convenient. It was perfect for a 2-night stay, and the breakfast was very good.

The bed was especially comfortable. You realize they made an effort to make everything look valuable. Also I was welcomed by a nice English speaking young woman. AC worked fine as well.
I gave my laundry right after check in around 2pm. They promised it would be ready by check out. It seemed to be a big surprise that I asked for my laundry at 9:15 am the day after. The guy at the reception said it would have to dry a third time because of some dryer malfunction. It was 30 degrees outside. The day before. I don't know what happened exactly, but it seems they forgot to wash the clothes on the same day and lied about it. I postponed my ride because he said they would be dry in 1 hour. When I finally asked for my clothes at 10:30, they were all still wet and he got them from outside (and as it seemed not out of a malfunctioning dryer). Also, he actually wanted me to pay because some clothes were dry, most of them being quick drying laundry like a microfibre towel. Now I am stuck in a 6h car drive with all of my clothes being wet before an important hike tomorrow. I should be compensated rather than paying for laundry...
