Llegamos el domingo 5 de septiembre, por ese “motivo, nos dijeron que no habría nadie para recibirnos” y que nos dejaban las llaves en un lugar del jardín. Nos encontramos la casa muy sucia, las mamparas de los baños realmente asquerosas, bajo las camas había mucha suciedad, la campana extractora de la cocina tenia aceite desde hace mucho tiempo, la persiana de la cocina estaba rota.
El televisor que encontramos en casa es muy antiguo, (de los años 80) y necesita un aparato tdt para sintonizar los canales, se pixela y se congela la imagen. Ofertan tv vía satélite, nos encontramos todo desenchufado y al conectar empezó a sintonizar los canales. Dos veces repitió el proceso para solo poder ver dos canales en francés y mal. El televisor ya no es compatible con la tecnología actual.
La casa dispone de aparcamiento cubierto, pero está cerrado y no nos dieron llaves. Dentro de la casa, en la puerta que tendría acceso hay un cartel que pone “PRIVADO” y está cerrada. Con lo que tienes que aparcar prácticamente en la calle, tras una verja de unos cincuenta centímetros de alta.
Lo que sí que nos recordaron el domingo fue que el lunes teníamos que pasarnos por la oficina para pagar la fianza y la tasa turística.
Acudimos a la oficina de Miami Locattions a primera hora del lunes e informamos sobre todos estos defectos. Afortunadamente el tema de la limpieza se lo tomaron en serio, y fueron esa misma tarde a limpiar, no así al resto de nuestras reclamaciones a las que hicieron caso omiso.
A los pocos minutos de estar allí recibimos un wasap el que nos informaban de que si teníamos un perro tendríamos que pagar 30 euros más y que tendría que estar fuera de la casa. Este wasap lo borraron en unos minutos. Durante nuestra estancia nadie se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros para nada. Por supuesto, no han cambiado la tv, ni han arreglado la persiana. Pero nos enviaron a través de un wasap el jueves anterior a nuestra marcha, informándonos sobre nuestra fecha de partida -el sábado- y que debemos dejar la casa en perfectas condiciones, y que de no ser así nos lo cobrarían del importe de la fianza.
Es una pena porque la casa esta bastante bien, es espaciosa y cómoda, la zona exterior es agradable, y la piscina muy buena, pero con respecto a la agencia que la gestiona tengo que señalar que lo hacen muy mal. El trato al cliente, muy deficiente.
