Nestled in Osage Beach, this charming condo for $173 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautifully updated two bedroom two bathroom condo in the popular Ledges complex in Osage Beach. This is the perfect condo for you and your family to have a relaxing vacation. Unit is completely furnished for all your possible needs - stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, propane BBQ pit, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils. Covered deck with outdoor oscillating fans and deck furniture to relax on while overlooking the lake. There is electronic entry so that everyone in your group can have access. The unit is equipped with smart TVs so that you can access your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon accounts or just enjoy the Charter / Spectrum cable channels. There is also wireless internet in case you need to get some work done while on vacation. Unit also comes with a 10 x 24 covered slip that is included and you can easily see while sitting on the deck. Complex has two pools, one at each end of the complex - one is on the point and you can watch the boats in the main channel while you are playing in the pool, There is also a SAND BEACH that is always a fun place to lounge or hang out in the water and just relax. There is also a playground for the kids to play. Master bedroom has a smart tv, it's own private bathroom, door directly to the deck and overlooks the lake. Second bedroom has a full bed along with bunk beds for the kids and the second bathroom is located right outside of the bedroom entrance. Family room consists of a smart TV, couch that pulls out into a queen bed and the deck is directly accessible through the sliding glass door. The kitchen has all of your amenities and a large table that allows eight people to sit at comfortably. The Ledges Complex sits at the 20 1/2 mile marker in the center of Osage Beach and is near golf courses, trampoline park, go cart tracks, miniature golf, arcades, helicopter rides, bumper cars, boutiques, water park, grocery stores, boat and sea doo rental, numerous restaurants and entertainment. Ha Ha Tonka is only 16 miles away. The state park is very close by and has nice ramping facilities along with long or short term trailer parking for your boat or PWC trailer. Surdyke Port 20 Marina is also near by with trailer parking.

Condo was great for what we needed! Close to the docks and parking. Even better that you can see the boat slip from patio. A few maintenance items needed and missing necessities but nothing that would deter us from staying again. Thank you!

This is unit was perfect for our family of 5. It’s steps to the beach and pool, and the kids loved their bedroom with the full bed and bunk beds. On rainy days we played cards at the large kitchen table, fitting our extended family of 10 around the table! It doesn’t list this, but there is a Keurig machine as well as a regular coffee pot. My only wish is that there was more seating in the living room for us to unwind

The condo was great. Back in the cove, boat slip just off the deck for easy convenience and keeping an eye on it. Pool and beach area just a few steps away. Everything was clean in the complex. Condo was clean, had all necessities and owner was extremely responsive. Perfect for our family of 4.

The condo is super nice with really pretty lake views at night with the lights shining on the water. It's so close to the water you can hear the fish splashing from your bed. It was really quiet, not crowded and provided a beach for the kids to play, while still being a very short drive to all the hot spots. I was impressed with how well it was stocked with supplies. The host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

It was a beautiful setting! You could set out on the screen in porch and lookout at the lake. It was easy to get into town to enjoy the enmities or just relax the day away. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who would like a great get away.

Condo was very clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the lake. Scott was easy to talk to and contact regarding any questions and the process was made very simple. Location is perfect as complex is very quiet but only a short drive from the main tourist spots. The beach next to the condo was a hit with the kids. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
