Amazing property with great location. Short walk to the beach. Listing is as advertised. Spacious with plenty of room. Pool area was a nice bonus. Going forward only thing to add would be including beach tags. Already put deposit in for next year.

We entered to a hot house. The air conditioning for the entire second floor was not functioning. The air conditioning was restored late Sunday. Meanwhile, we turned on ceiling fans and opened windows, but a downstairs ceiling fan was nonfunctional. We were told the owners would call the electrician. We saw no electrician. The fan still did not work when we checked out. On Friday June 17 the temperatures reached 91 degrees. The second floor air conditioning was caput once again. We were advised near sunset that it was probably frozen up. We were directed to turn it off. We did, then initiated our own investigation. We found a breaker that had blown. We flipped the breaker. The air conditioning miraculously worked. Alleluia! The first floor master bedroom had the luxury of a shower. Sort of. The hot water supply was erratic to say the least. The shower lost hot water whenever the dish washer, outside shower, or wash machine ran. We called the property manager who said a plumber would be called. We called repeatedly, but never saw a plumber and never had hot water. The house had in-line water heaters. There is no reason the shower should not have had hot water. My husband and I showered outside. For the price we paid, the showers provided should have been equipped with hot water. We chose the property because two members of our group were working remotely. There was no Wi-Fi on the property. Each of my sons-in-law brought hot spots. Using the hot spots did not provide the service the remote conferences required. The Wi-Fi was connected on Tuesday.. We chose the property for its heated pool. The pool heater didn’t work. The pool was too cold for two members of our group who suffer from cold urticaria/ raynauld’s syndrome to enjoy. A pool man was summoned. He arrived three days later. He advised that a piece was required that could not be secured until Friday or Saturday. We looked at Amazon. The piece was delivered to the residence within 24 hours for $6. We installed it, and turned on the pool heater ourselves. We were able to enjoy the pool for a few days. The pool skimmer also didn’t work. The pool man eventually arrived the day before we checked out. The crowning glory: at 4 AM on the morning we were to check out, the fire alarms went off. We evacuated. No fire. Eventually the screaming, shrieking, sirens and flashing lights turned off spontaneously. We tried to get some sleep before the long drive home.
