Ocean Views, only 6 homes to the perfect soft sandy beach. First floor: 2 Bedrooms with access to Full Bath. 1-Newly added Master Bedroom with full bath. Laundry room and Powder room. Second Floor: Newer Kitchen with Granite counter-tops, New hardwood flooring, New Master bedroom with Full Bath. 1 bedroom with access to Full Bath. New 2nd Floor Deck overseeing Bird Sanctuary with Outstanding Sunsets. Rear yard is equipped with Large 12 x 24 Pool and Professional landscaping. Pool is heated if needed. Brand New Outdoor Entertainment Area( for 2026). 55" TV, Granite Top for Bar Area, Small Fridge. 4 New Bar Seats. New Trellis added to 2nd Floor Deck. Also opened up yard for more Summer Games !!

Amazing property with great location. Short walk to the beach. Listing is as advertised. Spacious with plenty of room. Pool area was a nice bonus. Going forward only thing to add would be including beach tags. Already put deposit in for next year.
