Our home is in an ideal setting with babbling brook through the peaceful common area enjoyed from multiple outdoor patios. Two spacious masters with King beds, massive rec room with theater, and foosball for the entire group to enjoy. 3,000 square feet on two levels with a walkout daylight basement. 2 king beds, 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds), 1 queen sleeper sofa and extra sectional sleeper. Fully renovated in 2019, new carpet, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, walk-in shower, granite counters, tile floors. 55" smart tv's in both master bedrooms, living room and in the rec/game room. Wii gaming console, and games, DVD's 2 minutes to Boise Towne Square Mall, Cabelas, Dave and Busters, and several other shopping and dining venues. 5 Minutes to the Boise Idaho LDS Temple, 10 Minutes to the Boise Airport, Downtown Boise, Boise State University, The Village at Meridian, Roaring Springs Water Park 15 minutes to the Simplot Sports Complex, World Center for Birds of Prey 20 Minutes to the Ford Idaho Center, Meridian LDS Temple Includes washer and dryer, High-Speed WIFI, Barbeque Grill.

We brought a group of 7 high schoolers to Boise for the weekend. There was more than enough space for everyone to sleep. The game room was a perfect addition for our free time in the home. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and supplies to feed a group of 10. The property manager was very timely with responses and a great communicator of what to expect in the house and. Neighborhood. This house had everything we needed for a great weekend with our group!

We came to visit our son for a long weekend. We’ve stayed in quite a few VRBO and this was the most comfortable home we’ve stayed in! Enough comfy seating for the 5 of us to chill together in the living room and game room was a nice bonus!!! Very clean too. Thank you!!

We rented this property for a regional swim meet. There was my family of four and my sisters family of four. The kids loved banking with their cousins and had a blast. It was a big enough house for the adults to get away from it all and the game room kept the littles (and husbands) occupied. Host was great and the only downside was that we only stood for a weekend!!!

The house is spacious with an open concept in the kitchen, dining room and living room. Love the double sinks in the bathrooms. The balcony off of the kitchen looks out onto a lawn and several houses which makes it very public. Yet the enclosed large patio outside the front door is large and very private.

We had such a great time with family this weekend. This home is in a great location to everything. There is lots of room and very clean! Checkin process was super easy. We just wish the weather would have cooperated so we could've enjoyed the outdoor seating area! So great!

We stayed with 3 families and all had a great time-great separation of spaces -way larger than I expected on the inside, and each family had their own bathroom. I would note-the "third bedroom" is the bunk room so one couple slept apart in twin beds-we felt the parents should all have a room with doors. All the kids slept on couches, pull out beds and were very comfortable-one big slumber party. The downstairs was so awesome for the kids to play, have fun and laugh out loud, while the parents could cook, relax and chat in the living room. Nice to have off-street parking and the garage was awesome to store our bikes, rafts and kayaks. This home was so close to everything (food, downtown, Boise State), Air conditioning worked almost too well, great safe neighborhood, and we loved our visit to BOISE. We floated the river twice in our 4 day stay! Would highly recommend the Nest at Quail Run!

Wonderful property for a family with children! The rec room down stairs is fantastic with tons of activity’s to entertain kids of all ages. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable too. We also loved the location because it was just a short drive downtown. Would absolutely stay here again:)

It was great. Place was good size and owners were very helpful and accommodating. Definitely would come back here again. The one small thing that could be improved is some more cookware and options along with plates and silverware. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.
