Useful for you to know: Our house comfortably sleeps 7 with 1 King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen size bed, and a triple twin bunk. There is a futon in the main living room if you need more space that can sleep 2. Additionally, remove the back cushions from the large sofa and you have yourself another super cozy spot for sleeping. - All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Fully equipped with glasses, mugs, dishes, cutlery, mixing bowls, pots, pans, cookie sheets, cutting board, measuring cups & teaspoons, and some basic serving and cooking utensils. -Dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent are available for your use. Guest access There is secure parking for one car in the double garage and you can comfortably park 4 cars outside the house in the driveway and off street. Other things to note There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

My family (disabled mom, husband, 20yr daughter, 12yr son & I) moving from Oregon with our dog and cats found ourselves without a home between selling ours and closing on the new house. We found Kara's VRBO and they graciously allowed our entire family into their home. After travelling through a bad snow storm, we were welcomed into her warmly painted home and instantly felt the stress roll off our shoulders. The master bed was so large, so comfortable... exactly what my husband needed for a few nights solid sleep. We chose to cover the furniture with our own blankets but Kara didnt ask anything but cleaning up after them. I cant thank you enough for providing us a safe warm and inviting place to rest. Thank you!

The house is very clean, comfortable, and homey. The master bath with jet tub was amazing...I wish we had more time to enjoy it. The back yard is fully fenced, which was very important since we were taking our dog with us. I felt comfortable leaving him in the backyard unsupervised. The host was very friendly and gave very clear information for the house and checking in and all of those things.

Very comfortable house for adults, kids and dogs. The backyard was a huge hit (had a play structure for the kids, fenced for our doggy family members). Was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to the mall/restaurant part of Boise. We’d definitely stay here again. So much better than hotel rooms! Thanks

This property was perfect for a small group of senior dog friends to stay together. A nice secure yard with seating for us to visit and our dogs to play. Indoor connected living, kitchen and dining space was nice. The 2 larger bedrooms were very nice for adults. The triple bunk in the small bedroom would be great for kids but was a bit inconvenient for a senior adult. Wonderful new large fridge and lots of pantry area for our groceries. Amazing quick communication with property owner. WiFi worked great.

This home and location worked perfectly for our family as a staging point to move our son into his dorm at Boise State University the next day. It was nice to park our loaded car in the garage overnight and we enjoyed how comfortable the bedrooms and living room were to relax in at night. Special thanks to Kara for all of the advance information, which helped us have a great stay. I definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again when we're down for college visits!

This super cute and clean house was a huge hit for the kids! Us adults loved catching up out on the deck around the fire pit.The only thing that would make this better is some sort of green space for the dog. No dog? No problem! We would recommend this to anyone who has kids even without the green space.

We broke our travel through the state with a short stay in this home. It was very well-appointed and spacious. The location, adjacent to Mariposa (butterfly/dog) Park and within a mile of stores, was super convenient and allowed us to rest and rejuvenate. Thanks for a 5 star stay!

Kara had a property that was meant for our family of eight. Our little kids loved the playground in the back and our big kids loved how close it was to just walk around the neighborhood to the park. Us parents loved that it was a safe and convenient place for us all to enjoy. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for us to use, and the bedrooms gave us ample space to spread out. Thanks Kara for a wonderful place to stay!

If you are planning a trip to Boise or the surrounding area, this is a great spot. The place is located in a nice neighborhood close to town. It was everything that it was advertised to be, clean and spacious, and the hosts were responsive to our questions. Nice and quiet backyard as well.

My friends and I came for a staycation and this home was spacious both inside and out, had everything we needed including extra blankets and a great area in the back for our pup to run around. This house was in a great location to dog park ,very walkable and our dog went every day. We were in town for a wedding and rental was close to area so good home base for us. House was cozy with a nice fire pit in back yard, we did not have a chance to use it as it was very hot even at night. Overall a positive experience and I would stay here again

This is a well-appointed, well-cared for house. I have stayed in many rentals and this was one of the best. The house was clean and best of all had no scents of any kind. The quality of the linens was high and overall it is just very comfortable. The host is easy to communicate with as well. I wish I had more reasons to go to Boise!

This was a great place to stay with a family. We had 4 kids with us, ages 3, 4,10 and 11. We so appeciated the play structure in the backyard, the toys, puzzles, and games in the closet, and the proximity to so many activities in and around Boise. This home is very clean and comfortable and communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

It was perfect. In close proximity to a wedding venue, other friends house, easy access to Boise airport. Dog friendly, which was one of our reasons for choosing this place. The mattresses were very comfortable. Super quiet neighborhood.

My family stayed at this property for two nights. The place was cozy and clean. We were a total of 7 folks staying at the property and I can say we were confortable. They have a pretty good size back yard for our dogs and best of all, they don’t have pet fees.

Nice rental. One of the bedrooms with a triple bunk bed is not conducive to accommodating all adults, but otherwise it was worth the money. Minor details: it would be nice to have an iron & ironing board at the retail. Mowed lawns would have added aesthetically, as well. Our host was accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay. Great communication with the owner. Nice quiet neighborhood. Dog friendly. The Edge Brewing company is only 3 minutes away if you are looking for a good place to eat.
