Located in Destin, this charming condo for $444 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath 4th floor condo located directly on the beach. Enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches of the emerald coast. Relax on your spacious 30 Ft private balcony with spectacular beachfront views. Complimentary WIFI. Master bedroom (king size bed; 42 inch cable TV; new ceiling fan; blackout drapes; attached master walk-in shower/double vanity Second bedroom features 2 queen size beds; new cable TV/DVD; new ceiling fan. Second bathroom bathtub/shower combination with glass shower doors, single vanity, has door access to second bedroom creating second suite. Living room has new 60 inch HDTV Smart TV with DVD; new ceiling fan; queen size sleeper sofa; blackout drapes. Fully equipped kitchen (including small appliances, Keurig K-cup brewer, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric can opener, etc.) Full size washer/dryer in the condo. Linens/towels furnished. (March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $45.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup) Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments. 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent. Damage Protection is mandatory. Options: (1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable) or (2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs). No Pets Allowed No Smoking inside condo Condo is managed locally. This was our 2nd stay at Breakers East, this time for a month. The location is fantastic and can't be beat. The gulf views are incredible! The condo was well stocked with everything you need to cook and several beach towels were supplied as well. The only negatives are the family room furniture, which is very worn, and the carpet in the primary bedroom is buckling. The 2 patio door screens are nearly impossible to open as well. We will be back for another month next year but in a different unit.

Unit 405 was great. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The unit was mostly clean. Other than dirty baseboards. Couldn’t ask for a better view. We had a wonderful time and we will be back if they will replace the elevators.

This place was exactly what we were hoping for. Close to the beach and a great (heated) pool to play in. The condo is beautifully finished and has amazing views. We really appreciated the washer/dryer and full kitchen. We also appreciated the 2 beach chairs and umbrella down on the beach included with the condo. It made us feel like we had our own reserved spot at the beach every day. A great place for R&R and not too far away from all the action on the Boardwalk. We will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at BE! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed for our extended stay. The bed was comfortable, which is very important! The view from the fourth floor is beautiful! The use of the owners beach chairs and beach towels was much appreciated. My only complaint was the carpet in the bedrooms. Love the staff and Carolyn! She is always quick to respond to questions and any issues that may arise. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in several units at Breaker's East, but this is the best to us. I love the lower floors where you can see and hear the surf better. I love the updated design of the kitchen where the wall has been removed giving you a much more open design. The unit was well supplied and updated. Our family stayed in the condo for our family vacation this year. We loved the privacy of the gate around the property. The condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and beds slept so good. We rented a pontoon from Aloha Rentals our last day and highly recommend it. Overall it was an amazing week of relaxation and rejuvenation. Thanks for allowing us to borrow your condo for the week!
