The apartment is very well located, quiet area and safe. I was travelling with my daughter, so we could enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the apartment during the midday hours when it was hot. It’s also so original decorated, it reflects so well the Italian culture and atmosphere. Less than 10’ walk to Ternini and bus stops. Simona was very kind and helpful, we did the check in earlier, which was a great detail. All in all, I recommend it with all my heart.

How old fashioned and basic it was, encouraged you to get out and see Rome in all its glory, 3 minutes walk from the Colosseum, loads of shops and restaurants near by, absolutely perfect location for a weekend in Rome…
Also Paola was a fantastic host and very friendly would stay here again in a heart beat

The air conditioning was great, which was a huge relief as it was so hot when we arrived. The location was excellent and was close to everything.
The apartment was dark. We were disappointed because the photos looked so much better. Outside the apartment door there are garbage cans for the building and the smell was very bad, and the noise from people using this area was very loud. The window to the courtyard was not completely sealed, so we got eaten alive by mosquitoes and the little courtyard itself was unkept and unsightly.
