The location was superb! It was 2 minutes away from Saint Claire's Cathedral and 5 min away from the bus station. It was very quiet and peaceful, you could literally enjoy the sound of crickets. The check-in process was flexible and the host was very kind and supportive. The room was spacious, it had a closet where one could drop their clothes. You could also enjoy the cypress outside the window - very typical for the region of Umbria. I would absolutely recommend the place!
I would have preferred an extra blanket as I usually feel the cold more than other people do. I visited it mid-October and the room itself wasn't cold, but staying outside until late makes one feel the cold much more.

Proximity to a lot of Churches and to Piazza Commune
Not sure if this applies to whole Assisi but the water pressure in the shower is very low.
