Great location close to the center on a relatively quiet street, with a brilliant rooftop terrace.
The lack of air conditioning was the worst part; unfortunately, I missed this in the description. There are two fans provided, but if an extension cord had been available, we could have aired the place out with some cooler evening air. Unfortunately, the short cords restricted their placement, making the rooms unbearable—it was around 36°C outside and not much cooler inside... The apartment is furnished with old furniture; it looks nice in the photos, but in reality, old suitcases were used instead of a regular table, making it hard to eat or even set down a glass of water. The bathroom is very impractical, with a lamp placed right in front of the mirror, so I think everyone bumped into it and the lighting was poor. The doors creaked so loudly that they probably woke up all the neighbors every single time.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo splendido appartamento e non potevamo chiedere di meglio!
La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: si trova in un vicolo davvero delizioso nel pieno centro di Assisi, a pochissimi metri dalla Piazza del Comune. Nonostante il caldo torrido di questi giorni, l'appartamento si è rivelato una piacevolissima sorpresa: è incredibilmente fresco, tanto che la notte abbiamo persino dormito con la trapuntina imbottita!!🤪
Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la cura dei dettagli, come aver trovato tutto l'occorrente per prepararci un buon caffè al mattino.
Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora Daniela: una padrona di casa estremamente cortese e accogliente.
La sua ospitalità ha reso ancora più speciale il nostro soggiorno in una paese che amiamo molto! 😍
Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!
Se proprio devo trovare un difetto all'appartamento sono le luci un pò troppo basse...cosa che invece alle mie compagne di viaggio sono piaciute molto!

Letti molto rumorosi e scomodi per dormire , consiglierei di cambiarli.
Si nota che l’idea era quella di valorizzare oggetti vintage , ma quando risultano scomodi non ne vedo molto il senso…
