It was clean
The fact that there was no heating, and the front door was adjacent to the main door leading out, though I had a key to lock and open this door. However others staying also use this door and left it unlocked

Excellent location being with a car, parking available. Staff promptly helped us in any inquiry we asked. Breakfast was not expensive (5eur) and had plenty of options. They also provide gluten-free and vegetarian options for dinner. Check-n and check-out were easy and fast.
Only down side, which was not that bad is that, in my room specifically, the bathroom ceiling had mold due to poor ventilation.

Breakfast was varied and supported lactose free needs.
Parking was not on site and made our arrival complicated as it was not close, we had a full car, the listing mentioned parking available. We got a parking ticket as it was not specified that checks were likely but told the opposite. The room was in need of care and maintenance, scratches and marks on the walls, stains, as did the bathroom, and around the tub it was mouldy. On arrival the staff were brisk when asking for directions and information.
