Our room, the view, the balcony!!! Heavenly! The location! :)
The ladies at breakfast were pleasant and efficient, as were the receptionists.
Loved being able to enjoy a cafe in he bar area. Would have liked to enjoy more drinks there but time did not allow.
We never had hot water in the sink or shower, it was as good as tepid. The receptionist ran the water in the bar area and it was hot, however, our room never had hot water. We did not stay at the hotel long enough for any work to be done.
The cappuccino at breakfast just was never good. The new machines hotels are using for their cafe fail to make good cafe. Ever.

Posizione eccezionale per visitare tutte le attrazioni di Assisi, accoglienza e disponibilità dello staff davvero super !! Albergo molto pulito con cambio biancheria giornaliero, un ringraziamento particolare alle signore della sala colazione che si sono prodigate in ogni modo per soddisfare le intolleranze alimentari di mia figlia.

Tutto, cortesia , gentilezza , posizione e soprattutto parcheggio gratuito dell'hotel non è da tutti ad Assisi . Lo consiglio

The hotel has a great location, and it has its own parking lot, which is a plus in Assisi.
While it advertised having air condition, the units did not work well at all, and our units were hot. In July we had a difficult time sleeping in our rooms because we could not get them down to a good temperature.
