Great location - right in the heart of Assisi. The hotel functions more like an Airbnb, check in was easy with instructions sent via WhatsApp, which was totally fine. The room was modest, and very clean. Breakfast was delicious - mainly sweet options though. We interacted with one staff member at breakfast who was friendly
The room becomes quite warm overnight but there is AC which works well!

It is very close to the centre. Breakfast was very good.
No coffee in the room just tea but nothing else to complain everything was good
