It was located pretty central to being able to wonder the streets to see everything. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the last morning we were there. Was unaware it came with the room until we were setting up our account the last night.
We were not aware that breakfast came with our stay. We had stayed at several places in Italy so it was hard to keep up with the ones that came with breakfast. They served lunch but we were unaware of the times it was open. We did eat lunch there one day but it seemed like an inconvenience to them. Some employees were friendly and yet others weren’t.

Similar basic format to Minerva in Siena, but a little more attractive building.
Staff were excellent and very accommodating.
Parking is far removed and not easy to access, but that is due to the town, not the hotel. Location is reasonable but a long walk from the main part of town.
Bed reasonably comfortable - better pillows than Mirvac Siena !
Aircon worked well.
Similar basic format to Minerva in Siena.
Breakfast (included) was reasonable and typically Italian, with no hot food at all.
Room facilities very basic - TV wouldn’t work, fridge not very cold, had to fight with the shower door
