Very decent apartment in a good location.

Good supermarket right downstairs, nicely sized apartment for a couple, accepts pets, good inside temperature, plenty of bus options at the nearby Clodio stop, calm neighborhood, comfortable beds, very good washer/dryer. The host Lorenzo is easily reachable and is very friendly. Easy to check in and out.

There needs to be better cleaning underneath the beds and at the showers. Not a lot of kitchen utensils. Elevator very old in the building.

Extraordinario, Lorenzo es un gran anfitrión. Recomendamos Mazzini Guest House

Es un lugar amplio, cómodo, limpio, agua caliente y clima, con todo lo necesario. Está cerca a pie de muchos sitios, metro, Vaticano, etc. Es una buena zona en la ciudad y es una ventaja tener abajo una tienda muy surtida.

Superb

Lorenzo was there to greet me and my family. He gave us the lay of the land. He walked us through how to open the door and operate the air conditioning. He was really very thoughtful and mindful of his guest needs. He provided a map along with restaurant recommendations. He was truly exceptional! This apartment flat is close to the Vatican which is convenient. But all other tourist attractions (such as Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum and Patheon) requires a taxi, bus or train.

A wonderful place to stay in Rome with a great host.

The apartment worked perfectly for our trip to Rome. Lorenzo was a wonderful host, and gave us lots of recommendations about the city. We had a late arrival time and he was kind enough to accommodate us.

Best location in the city.

When we arrived Lorenzo was already there waiting for us. He helped us find a parking space and even helped with gettin our luggage to the apartment, explained everything and gave us the keys.

Not a thing the place was perfect.

the location is excellent and the rooms are spacious.

Their usual cleaner wasn’t available. The apartment wasn’t very clean. bedroom draws were dusty, taps and plug holes were dirty.

Everything was just perfect for two couples. - the apartment with two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious living room with kitchen, clean, location is great - just 10 minutes walk to Vatican and to metro station. And the bus station is in front of the building. Wi-fi worked excellent. Big supermarket is in the building. Thanks to our host Lorenco for permission to leave our luggage earlier, and for all recommendations for great restaurants and bars around the flat. Highly recommend Lorenco and his apartment. Thank you and see you soon in beautiful Rome!

Beautiful Apartment anywayIn Rome

Located in central area of Rome. Beautiful modern apartment with nice deco. There is a big super market on the ground floor. The host is a very nice man, guick to respond to questions and very helpful. A bus stop/ Ticket vending is literally a few yards from the apartment , making visiting the tourist sites easy. The Vatican is 15mins walk from the apartment.

Perfect place for family to stay in Rome. Clean, roomy, modern and really good located appartment. Few minutes from the bus hub, easy access to city center. A big supermarket just a next door from entrance to the house. Very well occupied, with lift, quiet bedrooms and comfy beds. We loved this place a lot!

Nice, Will return.

The apartment is very cosy and modern. It is situated near a bus terminus so it makes travelling very easy. By walk you will reach the Vatican in 15mins. Supermarket and bar very near. Highly recommended. The area is quiet with nice restaurants in the vicinity.

Perfect apartment for a trip to Rome - strongly recommend!

Bright, spacious, modern apartment with excellent facilities in a fantastic location. Perfect for those who want to stay in a quiet residential neighbourhood yet only a short bus ride away from the centre of Rome and easy walking distance to the Vatican. Our host gave us great recommendations too. It was so convenient having the supermarket next door.

Excellent apartment with a welcoming host! Two very clean rooms with private bathrooms! There is a supermarket and a cafe next to the apartment. The bus stop is just 3 minutes from the apartment.

Loved it all

The apartment was clean comfortable and very modern. The owner was so friendly and helpful with local knowledge too. Very good area Vatican was walking distance and the other sites a short bus ride away. Restaurants and local shops all on hand too

Nice, clean apartment in comfortable location. Friendly, helpful and always availible host. Didn't have any problems with parking. And I would recommend to try pizza from another side of the building! :)

We absolutely loved this apartment. Had everything we needed. Could have done with a couple more mugs though! Great location for metro for travelling to everything. Walking distance to football stadium, The Vatican, and much more. Loved Rome and this apartment was perfect.

The decoration is very nice and homey. Spacious, clean, warm, comfortable. Not far from bus stop (around 5-7 mins walk). A supermarket is a few steps from the apartment; very convenient. We love it.

Quite far from metro. Almost 1 km to reach the nearest metro.
