This apartment will not disappoint - the balcony view alone is worth staying for.

This apartment has a beautiful aspect on the hill over looking the harbour. All space inside was cleverly planned with all needs catered for . The balcony is a real assets providing both sun and shade . It’s only a 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants and harbour. Our host Sebastian came to replace battery on boiler which was appreciated.

The baby cot which we didn’t need took up some space .Maybe it could be stored elsewhere and put in apartment only when needed .

Superb

A two-bedroom apartment located at the top floor of the house. The balcony provides a nice view of the harbor and sea. The apartment is clean with an adequate set of cookware. There is a washing machine, but no dishwasher. The host greeted us on arrival, handed over the keys and explained everything about the apartment. A car can be parked for free right across. Harbor, beach and a supermarket are all just 5-8 minutes walk from the apartment. Mind, that it is quite steep walk back. For us it was not a problem. Apartment has two bedrooms - one, with an exit to balcony - is nice and spacious. The other one - at the back - is ok. We felt that is it a bit too small for two adults and their luggage. Hot water in the shower is a bit of "trial and error" - one needs to get used to the way it works. From the surroundings I can highly recommend the "4 Mori" restaurant. It is the best among those where we have eaten in Cala Gonone.

Pleasant

Location was great, really close to boat harbour for beach trips. The bottle of wine on arrival was a great little attention. And we managed to park easily on the road, thanks to the host. Nice coffee machine.

The aircon is in the kitchen/lounge and can't really reach the bedroom, making it stuffy. The couch is barely a 2-seater and not really comfortable. The linen on the bed looked really old. I ended up turning my pillow-case inside out.

Nice and cozy apartment with a beautiful sea view.

Nice, cozy apartment with a wonderful sea view. The owner is really kind and helpful, if needed. As a welcome gift we found one bottle of water as well as one bottle of red wine in the fridge. It was a wonderful time here.

There is not much to complain. Only the lack of wine glasses in the apartment could be mentioned here for a country that is known for its wonderful wines ;)

Comfortable base for a stay in Cala Gonone

Nice location, good base for exploring Cala gonone. Nice bathroom with a handy washing machine.

The apartment was just a short walk away from the town (down a steep hill!) and parking wasn't an issue. The air conditioning worked well and the accomodation stayed nice and cool

We were in a ground floor apartment so there was no view and it was a bit smaller than the photos suggested. It had everything we needed tho.

Close to the harbor and the ships to go to the other beaches. Also close to the center of town and the stores. Very clean. Loved the artwork hanging in the apartment.

Didn't realize the differences between the different apartments. My mistake.We were in the "two bedroom house" which is on the ground floor and without a balcony or terrace, although my heat-averse husband liked it that way. The apartment was a little bit small for 3 adults but we spent most of our time on the go anyway. Would be great for a couple with a child. Next time would probably book one of the other apartments with a view.

Perfect place in Cala Gonone

The apartment is exceptionally decorated. It was clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony was amazing overlooking the sea. It's a compact apartment where a family can fit perfectly in.

All was good. No downsides, though a washing machine would have helped when you have a family.

Pleasant stay in Cala Gonone

Wonderful location just a few minutes from the beach, we had a really pleasant stay at Casa Virgilio. The host was really friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. Bonus? All the friendly cats and dogs living nearby, which of course we cuddled! 😊

The only couple of things worth mentioning: the shower was a bit painful, so we either had cold water or boiling hot water! The furniture was a bit basic, but that's just my personal taste. :) it was all perfectly functional and easy to use.
