About this house rental
Nestled in Cala Gonone, this attractive house for $123 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Beautiful house located 2 minutes walking from the beach in a very quiet area of Cala Gonone with all the facilities: super market and restaurant are close, as well as the "Promenade". The house is very confortable with new furnitures in every room: big living room with kitchen, from which you can access to the 60sq metres terrace with a chill out area to admire a wonderful Sardinian landscape. In the terrace barbecue, amaca, deck chairs and shower are available. The kitchen is weel furnished (TV,oven and microwaves are available); there is also one bedroom with queen bed, one doubleroom (eventually queen) and a bathroom with washing machine. Air conditioning is available. In case of need also a private parking is available in front of the house. Cala Gonone is a small village located between sea and mountains in an environment where Nature is the queen. Therefore it is obviously well-known for both beautiful beaches and amazing mountains (loved by free climbers even if not so popular yet). Open air sports are possible in Cala Gonone, such as free climbing, cayaking, fishing and "getting some tan" of course :) Its coast is one of the most famous of Sardinia expecially thanks to its mixt of colours, strongly recommended in every guide!

We had a five day break in this property in late September. The location could not be better and the property was every bit as described and better than we expected.
Vito the owner was very helpful and we really could not have asked for any more.

First of all, Vito and his wife are great hosts. They provide you with all the information about your vacation.
The apartment is spacious and everything you need is there. A supermarket is 100 m away and the city beach is approx. 400 m away. There is a parking space in front of the house.
The highlight is the huge terrace with a brick barbecue, hammock and outdoor shower. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea.
We would go there again at any time and rent the apartment.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Hosts extremely helpful, even drove us to and from a restaurant in the countryside. Everything worked from AC to the guitar! Loved Sardinia.

Lovely place - very well equipped. Vito exceptionally responsive to requests. Wishing we had researched enough that some he beautiful dream beaches are reachable mostly by boat or hiking. But the boat ride that we took along the coast and to some of the special places was very very nice. And the beaches in Cala Gonone were accessible by foot or car and were inviting and not at all crowded. Loved having that small supermarket within a couple of minutes walk that was amazingly well equipped with really high quality produce and also gluten free goods and more. And the spacious terrace with the plants and gorgeous view was a real treat in all kinds of weathers.... we had the great fortune to have 2 days of continuous rains which left the lands lush and green. A great vacation!!

The hosts, Vito and Lina, were extremely pleasant. They walked us through the house and suggested some great restaurants and beaches around the area. They told us where to go for the market. Wir haben 10 wundervolle Tage in Cala Gonone verbracht.
Das Ferienhaus liegt perfekt mit einem sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Bis zum Strand und zum Hafen sind es nur wenige Meter. Die riesige Terrasse und die liebevolle Ausstattung laden zum Verweilen ein.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Man braucht nur ankommen und sich wohl fühlen. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.
Wir können nur ein ganz großes Lob aussprechen und das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen.

angenehme Lage, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter der auf alle Nachfragen sofort reagiert hat, die große Terrasse mit Meerblick ist klasse, der Ortskern, Strände und Hafen sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schöne und interessante Bootsausflüge möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super, aber Kleinigkeiten könnten besser sein
Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super. Randlage am Ort mit Sicht auf das Meer. Fußläufig sind Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants in 2 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Kein Wlan aber alles andere funktionierte wie beschrieben. Schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Gastgeber in englischer Sprache per Whatsapp. Klare Empfehlung unsererseits!

Maison très pratique avec une superbe belle terrasse
Un grand merci à Vito pour son accueil accompagné d'un petit paquet de pâtisserie. La maison est très bien agencée et spacieuse, les climatiseurs installés dans chaque chambre ont permis de les utiliser de façon précise et ponctuelle. La grande terrasse nous a permis de profiter de belles soirées dans une tranquillité surprenante, elle est équipée d'une douche extérieure très pratique et d'un barbecue. Le supermarché avec service boucherie et charcuterie ainsi qu'une poissonnerie sont au pied de la maison . La boulangerie est à 5 minutes, mais on peut aussi acheter le pain au supermarché. Les plages sont accessibles à pieds, mais le Golfo di Orosei mérite d'être vu. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances.

Lovely Week in Cala Gonone
Vito was very welcoming and showed us around, gave us local information which was very useful. The property is very well located for everything, especially the harbour, restaurants and supermarkets. The area is very beautiful, surrounded by mountains and the coastline is especially lovely. Recommend very highly.

Absolute Empfehlung
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Cala Golone und der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Lage ist fast in Zentum des kleinen Ortes aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Supermarkt gegenüber, viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe und der Hafen und der Stadtstrand in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Betreuung durch das Vermieterehepaar war vorbildlich. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Had really enjoyable week staying in Cala Ganone
House is comfortable and clean with everything you need for your stay
Vito the owner and his wife met us when we arrived and gave us a good tour of the house, they also left a little something for our breakfast the following day.
Cala Gonone is a picture postcard village, with lots of shops and restaurants overlooking the marina and beaches, however a lot of these are closed mid October onwards.
Well worth a visit
Will be going to Sardinia again, although will be to a different area purely because we like to see new things everytime we go on holiday

Vito's apartment is well equipped, comfortable and spacious. We were 4 adults and had plenty of room. The supermarket is just across the road, the ATM just below at the Post Office, the town beach was 3 mins walk away and there were numerous excellent restaurants within 5 mins walk. The balcony is huge with chairs, tables and has shade if needed. The A/C worked well in all rooms and the beds were comfy. Town beach was a bit crowded and pebbley but just 15 mins drive in the next bay to the north was a perfect sandy beach with crystal clear water. The Agriturismo co Fuili was 10 mins drive into the hills and should not be missed for views and local food. Cal Gonone really nice relaxed little town.
