Nestled in Four Corners, this lovely villa for $110 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Our villa is located at Tuscan Ridge, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in the heart of Florida. It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of golf courses, some located just a few minutes off Tuscan Ridge. You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious family and living rooms, both with views of the pool area and direct access to the pool through patio doors. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have direct access to the private pool and spa. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with flat TVs (ROKU TV). There is a large flat 46" Smart TV in the living room and a 42" TV in the master bedroom. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The well equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions, a breakfast nook and a bar. You will enjoy a screened, south facing pool and spa(optional heating available) and a large L-shaped lanai with fans, lights and padded pool furniture. The pool is protected with child safety fencing to help keep children safe. The game room is well equipped (see the pictures). Your little ones are most welcome to the villa. A high chair and two strollers are waiting for them, as well as a pack 'n play. There is a separate laundry room. FREE unlimited local, regional and long distance calling across the U.S., to Canada and Puerto Rico, and fast unlimited internet connection with free WIFI in the home and the pool area - all for your convenience. The villa is privately owned and local support is provided through a professional and efficient management company. The Tuscan Ridge community also has a communal tennis court (free of charge).

I was very impressed by how clean everything was. I had to ask to extend my check out and they were very accommodating. A very beautiful we kept home. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable which I find important. The Owner was responsive, and the property manager always answered on the first ring when I called. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the smoke detectors that were going off even though there was no smoke. While the Property Manager answered immediately, the handy man who was supposed to come and turn off the blaring alarm took over an hour in the middle of the day on a Saturday to respond and since the alarm was in the top of the foyer, we couldn't reach it. Problems with smoke alarms are unpredictable, but it is annoying when you are on vacation and had the handy man responded sooner, I would have given this property a 5 star rather than 4.

Our stay was a good one. The house was clean and very well equipped, with anything we needed. The pool heat worked very well, and was comfortable to swim in when the weather was on the cooler side. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The house has a nice layout and is in a great neighborhood/location, especially if you are planning on hitting the Disney parks. We had some issues with the pool/spa, which were responded to promptly. We also had ants in 2 rooms. The property manager responded promptly and the exterminator came the next day. In our opinion, the house was "worn," compared to other places we've stayed. The furniture was older in the living space. Dishes and kitchen appointments were kind of odds and ends. Just average. There were no food storage containers. There were plenty of towels. Ice maker didn't dispense, you had to use your hands. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were old and dryer didn't dry well. House is just dated and could use updating throughout. But, the price was very good. It was clean. And the pool heat was the best we've ever had. Pool was warm and the temps low, in the high 50s/low 60s, so that was great. Not sure we would stay again or try another option in the area.

This villa was absolutely perfect for myself, mother & my young daughter. The pool deck was bathed in light from sunrise to sundown but had plenty of covered, shaded areas with comfortable seating. We paid for pool and spa heating which worked perfectly during our stay. This is my second stay with host Vera and will not be my last. She’s extremely responsive to any questions, clear communication and the door entry code, worked perfectly. Another thing that is consistent from other property of Vera’s is that this home was absolutely spotless and flawlessly cleaned. Little touches make staying at one of Vera’s villas absolutely wonderful. We had dishwasher tabs, dishwashing soap in the kitchen and hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. The beds very comfortable in the 3 bedrooms we used. We enjoyed our stay with Vera again as our host. l look forward to staying here again.

We had a lovely stay here. Great location for the theme parks yet in a quiet residential area with local amenities nearby. Pool was a bonus, we enjoyed our morning swims although if travelling in October ask for it to be heated. It was offered but we didn’t take it up.

We had a fantastic week long vacation at this property! Everything was as described, perfectly comfortable, very roomy, and a great layout for families. Villa is ideally located for theme parks while the neighbourhood and outlook from the pool gives the sense of peace on rest days. The villa was well presented and facilities etc were as advertised. We found one small issue with the A/C but this was resolved quickly between the owner and property manager who provided good communication throughout.

We enjoyed our stay, this is the first time we did anything of this sort as we always stayed in hotels and it went well overall and any issues that came up were addressed and responded to immediately. The pool was cleaned, the grass was cut and in general there was a desire to make things clean and responsiveness of all invovled.

Overall the property worked well for our Disney family stay. Property was clean and neighborhood was very quite. Beds were a little soft for our liking, but adequate for the family. Home décor is dated and could use a refresh.

Our family enjoyed the stay at Tucson Ridge. The property was clean and quiet. My only negative complaint is the lack of garbage bags, toilet paper, and paper towels. It would be nice to replace the missing blinds panels just to ensure privacy. Other than that very beautifully maintained property.

Very pleasant villa, good size with comfortable rooms. Only real negative is the location, the drive to/from the Disney parks can be as little as 25 minutes, or as much as an hour depending upon traffic, time of day etc.

Excellent location for golf get-away and Disney vacations. This home has everything you will need and more. The pool is on the west side to catch the afternoon and evening sun. Kitchen is well-equipped for those who wish to cook (we did) and I loved the gas stove. The owners and management are very responsive and care about your experience! We will be back!

My husband and I and our friends enjoyed our stay at Tuscan Ridge. The house was perfect for our needs. We cooked some, grilled some, and enjoyed some area restaurants. The weather was beautiful and we totally enjoyed the pool and spa every day. Vera was a great host!

Overall a decent place to stay . Owner was responsive and did so fairly quickly even when living in the Czech Republic. Communicated with property Mgr mostly who addressed concerns quickly. We were given wrong code to get into home initially, but after that things went smoothly. Well-stocked with kitchen appliances/utensils, but absolutely no spices/cooking supplies. Spa never seemed to maintain its heat which was verified by spa maintenance. Also can’t use spa after 9 pm due to “noise code”.

Neighborhood and home were lovely and in a good location. Pool was very nice. Property manager was responsive to our needs and questions, as was owner Vera prior to our arrival. Only downfall was TV. It was hard to understand how to use and property manager wasn’t able to help. I had to purchase a 1 month subscription to Hulu so our old guys had something to watch. We are just too old to catch on how to use it I guess.

The house presentation was exactly as listed. Very clean and comfortable home located in a nice, quiet and well kept neighborhood. A small issue with the pool was corrected immediately by the management. Overall stay was perfect and relaxing. Convenient to Publix and Disney. It was just what our family needed after enduring a tragic loss in our family last year. Thank you Vera.

The villa was as it looked in the pictures, very roomy and convenient. The pool and hot tub were great and plenty warm enough with the heating fee paid. The kitchen was fine and had everything you would need. The only negative that I had was that the AC couldn’t be turned down below 74. The last day we were there the temps were in the 80s and it seemed too warm at night.

This place has it all. My kids had everything and more. House is super clean, fully stocked! The pool was warm during the cold days and my son enjoyed it from sun up to sun down 😀. The kitchen was fully stocked! I got to play games with my kids in the game room and it was so much fun! The location is not far from parks or stores. House has the perfect temperature and we will definitely recommend this place to all families and friends as well! Thank you Vera for making my family vacation so comfortable and amazing! This place is 💯!
