We loved that it was a ground floor appartment.The staff were very friendly and helpful and the complex was only 10 minutes walk to the wonderful sandy beach,,/beach bar serving lovely food and beverage also Pizza restaurant 5 minutes walk from complex also very well stocked supermarket next door which is open 24h.Other eaterie's available depending on time of year.Very close to Albena and Balchik which are popular destinations.
We felt that an in house bar would be nice in the evenings in the area that is currently used for recrption and we think the pillows should be renewed more frequently but cannot find fault in anything else.

Este în apropierea plajei. Am avut loc de parcare. Camera foarte mare! Chicineta utilată cu tot ce este necesar. Curat. Aer condiționat! Am fost foarte mulțumită de alegere. Vom mai reveni la această locație!

Room was clean and spacious.
The location is fine, close to the non-stop market and beach.
Avoid this property if arriving outside regular hours. I fully prepaid weeks ahead and coordinated a late 11:00 PM check-in as instructed.
Upon arrival, the host’s contact number was disconnected, and reception was closed. I only gained room access because a passerby on the street helped me find a direct number for a reception employee. The host was unreachable, blaming "battery issues." To make matters worse, the host falsely marked my reservation as cancelled the next morning, nearly causing improper cancellation fees on a room I was actively occupying. Terrible management and communication.
