It's not the cleanest place, but it's close to the beach.

The host waited for us until 22:20 at night, to give us the keys. The room is big, with 2 air conditioning units, the fridge is working, the kitchen has plates, glasses, a pan and a sandwich maker (you could easily cook breakfast there, if you bring your own ingredients and salt/pepper/sugar). The balcony has a rope & clothespins, so you can hang clothes/towels out to dry. It's very close to the beach.

The hotel needs serious investments and a better cleaning lady: the rooms had spiders & ants, the shower curtain was yellow at the base, the bathroom & rooms were not thoroughly cleaned (just the beds made, trash taken out & towels changed). The WiFi didn't always work. The beds were a little creaky. The blinds were missing from some of the windows and the ones that were there were not working (one fell off completely when we tried taking it down). The kitchen hood was purely decorative and all the horrible smells from the neighboring rooms (people were cooking smoked fish and fried eggs in the summer!) invaded our room (which made us sick to our stomach, literally).

Stay for the view, but read here first!

The view was amazing. We got (and paid for) the top room in the facility, and it was great to sit and enjoy the view with a drink. The AC was powerful enough and the kitchen/living room was well equipped for a short stay.

It was not the cleanest. There were some spider webs here and there and some kitchenware were a bit oily, needed to be washed again. There were some ladybugs outside in the balcony, because of the AC fan, so if we wanted to enjoy the view, we should have the AC off first for a good bit. No dealbreaker for me, but my spouse wasn't the mos content.

The views are great but the state of the property is not.

The main reason to stay at this property is the location and the views. It's a five minute walk ( steps involved ) to the beach front and the views from the apartment out over the ocean are fantastic. The owners are helpful and arranged a taxi to pick us up on our departure.

On our first morning, a man unlocked and opened our apartment door without knocking which was a concern as we were all only partly dressed. The apartment wasn't cleaned to a level we would expect. We had to ask for AC controller as there wasn't one in the room. The wifi is almost non existent most of the time. The blinds on the windows didn't work. Water tank in the bathroom dripped.

Nice comfortable stay. Very nice and friendly host !

Since our phone did not work it was very hard to find the appartment. We asked some hotel to call on our behalf (in Bulgarian of course) and the owner of the appartment came to fetch us and guide us to the property. Very nice indeed ! The owner is a very nice guy. Unfortunately the communication was limited because he speaks Bulgarian only. The appartment was well equipped, and pretty large. The only drawback was the (very) small balcony. To arrive at the beach and the restaurants you had to descend (and later climb back) quite a few stairs. But this was a good exercise anyway.

Good location, needs more maintenance

Lovely views. Quiet area. Big rooms.

The property is slowly falling apart. There were ants in the kitchen area. Access to the parking lot is difficult with the great big bump on the access ramp.
