Maria the owner is very welcoming and caring for her guests.
My room came with a strong air-conditioning unit and an empty mini fridge.
The bed was comfortable.
The room lacks good sound insulation and the neighbourhood is rather loud. (Dogs barking, street vendors advertising their goods)

The toilet was under the sink. Sink was tiny and impossible to reach due to the fact that it was on the top of toilet. No hot water
