We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house is so cozy and pretty, we walked around the community and everyone was so friendly! This was our second time staying in this house and I look forward to booking again In the future

The house is very nice, and the location is perfect, especially if you have children. You are only seconds away from the lake, beach, and playground. The inside of the house is splendid. It's a great place to relax, and just enjoy the ambiance. If it's hot out, there are three separate air conditioners, and they all worked wonderfully! We spent most of our time on the big deck in front of the house. We also enjoyed using the deck, grill, and firepit in back of the house. This was our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be back again in the future!

The house is wonderful for a family with young children. We enjoyed access to the beach, the backyard, front deck, family meals at the table and family movies on the couch. The only con (which isn't anything within the owner's control) is that teenagers ran rampant on golf carts at night and the parking lot next door was a popular "hangout" for them. It was very distracting when trying to enjoy the front deck at night and a safety concern.

The location of this property was nothing short of perfect. We have three little kids and it was so easy to just walk across the street for the beach/lake and playground. This community was amazing as well! So quiet and peaceful. The owners were quick to respond to any question. The house has everything we needed! We really enjoyed everything about our stay.

Great location and view of lake! Perfect size for the 5 of us :) Too short of stay, did not get to use the nice outdoor firepit with the rain showers. Only wish there was a dishwasher and entry to bathroom not thru kitchen.

This property was so cute! Very clean, updated, perfect Location ! This house is directly across from the beach and lake! There is a very clean bathroom and snack stand at the beach, playground and picnic area that the kids loved. The house came with adult and kid kayaks /life vests for Guest use. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with, he even drove up after I alerted him that the grille was broken. The house was stocked with everything we needed to cook, grille and make coffee. There is a very nice front and back deck and a nice fire pit area to enjoy out back. Would highly recommend.

Just right for our family of 4, could squeeze another two in if needed. One bathroom. Just across the road from the community beach, shallow lake so mild temps. Kayaks and canoe available with the house, which was nice. We took our 6 and 4 year olds, they had a blast swimming and boating.

I wanted to love this place but it fell short. As others mentioned it could have been cleaner. There were broken blinds and shades, grill had to be cleaned in order to use it. Advertised fully equipped kitchen but not true. There wasn’t a knife that would cut anything but soft butter. Two frying pans so worn you couldn’t make eggs in them. I went and brought one so we could have breakfast. Place needs updating. Positive is it is a great location being right across from the lake. Would come back to this location but not this unit.

This is our second time saying at this house and we plan to return again next year. This property is so perfectly located for our family. We love that it is right across the street from the lake and playground. We also love that there is a nice pool so close by. The house is clean and well maintained. The firepit in the back is a nice touch. We had a rainy week but there was still a lot to do in the area. We ended up going to Split Rock indoor water park one of the days it was very rainy. Owners were great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Clean and exactly as described in photos. Living room was cozy with great lighting. Kitchen had everything needed. Beach is across the street. Fire pit was great, but check if there is a burn ban which was lifted after a few days of rain. Road was a little busy on the weekend with lots of traffic to the beach, but it made it interesting. Great communication with Jesse. Thank you for a nice stay!

We had a fun few days visit. Cool weather kept us indoors more than we planned. Canoeing was great- appreciate free access to boat. In early summer amenities were a bit underwhelming. Pools were closed during the week which I didn't know until we got there & resort staff couldn't tell me when the pool hours were on weekends. One said 10, but when we got there at 10 on Saturday they said it opens at 11 & that was check out time so we left. Tennis courts only open 8am-noon, bocce courts were full of weeds & not groomed, rental shack for equipment only open weekends as well. For almost $100 in resort fees for 3 days I didn't get much. The cabin was nice & clean & we enjoyed the birds & deer & chipmunks around. No burn due to the drought so we couldn't use the fire pit. I'd consider going again if it was mid summer. Otherwise the resort fees are too high for basically nothing. Jesse was great to deal with. Very responsive. We had fun despite a few disappointments with the resort which was not the fault of the owners but I would have liked to have been informed that pools & rental shack were closed until late June during weekdays.

House was nice and cozy. Perfect for our family of six. Located within walking distance to the beach lake it was perfect for my little ones to go play at the beach and playground. We cooked most of our meals at the house and everything we needed to cook our meals was available. Kids loved the firepit and roasting marshmallows over the fire. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect little house! We loved our stay! Everything we wanted to do was so close by. Great hiking, great steaks (The Butcher Shoppe in Blakeslee) and hit a local tree Fran on the way home to get our Xmas tree. Jesse was extremely responsive with any questions. Comfortable couches and beds and exactly as described. Looking forward to our trip next year!

Jesse is super responsive to questions, the house is comfortable, roomy, and makes you feel warm and welcome. The only problem we had was the residents who were very rude and set off giant fireworks at 1AM, waking our entire house and scared everyone . They took off in an ATV which is why we knew it was people who own here. This is by no means a reflection on the property owner as Jesse is an amazing host. We will, however be advising the office. Other than that, we had a very fun, relaxing time with so much laughter and great memories thanks to the host! Would love to come again!

overall the place is really nice and super clean. there was some broken glass in the bathroom that we found the first night and there was an animal that was killed (i think a stunk) because the whole house smelled like one. there was blood along the propane tank (from the animal) - the only major concern was there are outside lights that are motion. i wish they were on all the time for safety since we were at the end beside a parking lot. the house is super cozy!

The house was a perfect size for our family of 4. Loved everything about it. The location was great, they provided kayaks, the fire pit area was perfect and loved having the Adirondack chairs on the front porch. Only 2 negatives were that the washing machine and oven didn’t work, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. Otherwise, we were very happy with the house and would definitely rent it again in the future.

Over all very nice place to stay with great outdoor activities nearby. A few downfalls... There were lip/mouth prints on the glass in the bathroom which made us feel the property was not throughly cleaned. Floors were also not cleaned well, crumbs and other small bits on the carpets. The check in process was not clear, we were not made aware that we would need to pick up a welcome packet and gate key at welcome center. We also had to walk the grounds of the welcome center for 15 minutes along with another family trying to find the trash dump. We were initially told not to use the large blue bins by the staff and were then later redirected to use those blue bins. Other than that, property was cozy and as pictured.
