Located in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, this attractive house for $349 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Casa Rella Bedding Configuration: Master Bedroom: King Bed Sleeps Two (2) Bedroom Two: King Bed Sleeps Two (2) Bedroom Three: King Bed Sleeps Two (2) Upon entering Casa Rella, you will find a very open floor plan with living and dining areas all in view. The main living area of the home is spacious, offers ample seating, and is an ideal setting for entertaining both family and guests. The living area features a large sofa, two oversized armchairs, an ottoman, and two side tables. There is an entertainment console equipped with a 60” LED wall-mounted flat-screen television. Adjacent to the main living area you will find a dining room equipped with a large dining table. The kitchen is gorgeous and exceptionally open, offering an open counter area to the dining room. The kitchen is equipped with new white and grey custom wood cabinetry, white modern subway tiles, granite counters, stainless appliances, farm style sink, and a fully equipped and stocked kitchen. There are sliders off the kitchen that lead to the outdoor covered lanai and pool area overlooking the waterway. This is a nice split bedroom floor plan with two King bedrooms on one side and the other King on the opposite side. Off of the kitchen, you will find a hallway bathroom and Bedrooms two and three. Bedroom Two is equipped with the following: King Size Bed, two nightstands, and a seating bench. For your enjoyment, there is a large LED wall-mounted television. Bedroom Three is equipped with the following: King Size Bed, two nightstands, a bench, and a large LED wall-mounted television. The second half of this spectacular home is comprised of a private and spacious master suite. Beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, the master suite offers the following: King Size Bed, two nightstands, and a bench. For your enjoyment, there is a large LED wall-mounted television. The master bathroom offers a custom walk-in shower and a modern vanity sink. The private outdoor space is equipped with a full-size lap pool, chaise lounge pool chairs, patio dining for 10, and a gas BBQ grill. The large driveway offers ample parking for at least three (3) automobiles. The main beach portal is a short distance away (under 1 mile) and offers plenty of parking, lifeguard towers, outdoor cabanas for daily rental, snack shacks, children's playground, outdoor exercise circuit, and volleyball courts, etc. This beach was recently renovated and made the top ten beaches list in Time magazine! There is a brand new oceanfront restaurant called “Beach House” with spectacular views and great food! There is also a multitude of first-class restaurants in the immediate beach area, as well as a new Publix grocery store. Linens, towels and beach essentials are included. We look forward to having your family and guests at Casa Rella… Pool heating is available all year round, however, it is an optional extra which is payable in addition to the cost of your reservation. Prices are $35 per day plus tax. Pool heating may not be necessary for your vacation, especially if you're visiting Florida in the hot summer months. If you need any pool heating it is likely to be in the winter and early spring months when daytime temperatures are cooler. You can add pool heating to your booking by calling our office to order it 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you opt to have no pool heating but you change your mind while on vacation, we can arrange for your pool heating to be turned on however please be aware electric heaters can take up to 24 hours to heat up. Note as this can not be ordered through the message thread. Please be advised that lanai screen is not available to renters it is permanently set in the up position

Absolutely the best with the perfect location. It was spotlessly clean and well stocked with all needed supplies. My husband and I with our 3 young adult children will definitely be staying here again. The communication and kindness with the By The Sea Vacation Rentals was extraordinary!

The Home was amazing!! The pool and outside area was the highlight of the trip. The kitchen and grill made cooking a breeze. The entire place was clean, and had lots of amenities including chairs we were able to use at the beach. Very close to the beach and lots of food and shopping options around. VERY quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Rella. The house was beautiful...kitchen well equipped for our needs. Bedrooms, living and dining areas were comfortable and nicely furnished. But the backyard...the covered lanai, the pool, deck and overlooking the canal was such a pleasure! Staff contacts, looking to ensure our pleasant stay, was appreciated. Located in a very nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

I can't tell you how much we enjoy Casa Rella. We are repeat customers and try to visit even for a short time. The property manager is amazing to work with and the house is always so clean and immaculate. The house has great indoor living, outdoor living, and if the weather isn't the greatest you can still be outside in the covered lanai. We tried to book for next winter but it's already booked…and it's only April!!

Our family of four stayed at this home for one week. We arrived to an immaculately clean home with fresh towels and sheets. The home was plenty big enough for my husband and I along with our two teenage boys. We enjoyed the pool and our son caught a number of fish from the dock. The neighbourhood is quiet in the evenings with a lovely sunset view down the canal. We had no issues at all and it was a stress free vacation! Thank you!!

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 3. Immediately upon checking in you could tell the house was spotless and smelled perfectly cleaning. Every nook and cranny was clean. The home is definitely in a regular neighborhood so if you're looking to party or have a loud group, this may not be the place for you. It's perfect for a small family that wants to enjoy the pool and Florida sunshine. Keep in mind that the pool and canal are steps away if you have little ones. The kitchen was stocked with ample cooking utensils and pans. And there's an ice maker which was perfect for beverages! Lovely home. Thankful for our stay.

We stayed for 6 weeks and the home worked perfect for 2 couples. The extra bedroom was a bonus. The outside, covered sitting area, pool and space around the pool were the best part for us although all worked out great! Tanya and her team couldn't be more accommodating and helpful with everything.

Great quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, great property manager. We checked in on a Saturday and our property manager was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had within minutes. Our family enjoyed the heated pool! We felt like we were at home away from home. House had all essentials needed. Only dislike was that the beds had super soft mattresses & pillows and we like more firm mattresses & pillows. However, that was the only downfall. We would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a vacation place to stay!

The house was absolutely PERFECT for our family of five! Had I known my children would still be in virtual school I would have booked this little gem for an entire month. So perfectly decorated and appointed - every last detail. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and the location to Fort Lauderdale/Miami/boca raton. We loved the outdoor space - I curled up on the couch while my boys watched the bowl games. Pompano Beach is such a nice beach with wonderful restaurants to pick from. If you are a family looking for a nice getaway, this is for house for you!

Clean facility with great amenities. We hunkered down for almost two weeks during Covid season to be with our family. Great to play in the pool and fish in the canal. Lots of local businesses and food delivery options. Beds were comfortable.

Beautifully renovated pool home! Its everything you see in the photos and more. The owners of this home did a wonderful job... There's everything you need and more. The grill setup is perfect! Super clean and centrally located. I will definitely make this place my go-to in South Florida.
