NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED, NO PARKING ON THE STREET OR GRASS We have received five-star reviews for how impeccably clean and detailed our property is. This Contemporary 4 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Home has a touch of Modern Sophistication, located in a very beautiful secluded neighborhood, a short walk from the house to the beach, restaurants, massage spas, bakeries, cookie shops, clothing stores, hardware store, groceries, drug stores, children park, basketball courts, etc. We have received five-star reviews for how impeccably clean and detailed our property is. The home is fully equipped, dishwasher, washer and dryer, all sheets, bedding are from the Hotel Collection, Weber BBQ is outdoor located by the pool patio. For the sun lovers the pool deck has chairs and lounge chairs as well a shaded pool patio for those who are sun-sensitive perfectly tucked away with a patio dining table that seats 8 comfortably and a Love Seat overlooking the pool. The House is fully equipped for Moms traveling with Babies, Toddlers providing a crib, changing pads, playpen, so baby can be secure while Mommy is cooking or entertaining and wanting the baby to be safe. I also own the home next door which you can find on VRBO property #1138262 which has been great for large groups of families traveling together. Both homes are set up perfectly and give you the feeling of walking into your own private home. We provide beach chairs, however, if you want the luxury touch of Beach Lounge Chairs and a Large Beach Umbrella you can Rent them at the beach call 305-206-0248 to reserve, they accept Master Card/Visa They also rent paddle boards, inquire about all their sport rentals. We are fully registered and in Compliance with the City of LBTS Vacation Rental Program Book with confidence, we are fully certified.

Fantastic location, short, walk to the beach, the home was very well equipped, the beds so comfortable, the sheets so comfy n soft. Walking distance to all the restaurants, live music we ate in a different restaurant every night during our vacation. There are many different ones to choose from. This house was impeccably, clean, the cleanest barbecue I’ve ever cooked on, I’ve never stayed at a house that was better equipped, the host had thought of every detail for families traveling with children and if you have questions the host is very quick to respond. I highly recommend, we will definitely return.

We loved staying here! The pool and proximity to the beach was perfect for us as we had a baby, 4 year old and 8 year old. House was very clean and updated and it was great to have all the baby gear and separate wings for the bedrooms. We didn’t have a car and it was so easy to walk to everything we needed and we also used the circuit app to go a bit further one day. We would love to stay here again!

This location is stellar if you're looking for a nicely equipped home that's super clean and a very short walk to lauderdale by the sea which has restaurants, bars, beach and cafes. The host was amazing too, she got back to us instantly when we had questions. Check in/out was a snap. The beds were incredibly comfy too! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beautiful home , pool , kitchen. No disappointments at all. Home is convenient to the beach, restaurants , stores , bakeries. You name it, eveything is within walking distance. My family of 8 had plenty of room. The host was outstanding and easy to contact if needed. I highly recommend this Home.

This trip was amazing! My wife, two daughters, husbands and 3 children loved it. It was about 22 mins from Ft Lauderdale airport. The house is super clean and comfortably sleeps 10. It is situated in a little quiet neighborhood and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The beach was very clean and easily accessible. If you don’t want to walk there is plenty of parking for a fee. We had a car and walked every time we went down there which was at least 3 times a day. There are restaurants, shops, seaside bars, and ice cream shops. Really nice being down there at night with all the lights and music. The pool was super clean, and a plus for the times we just wanted to hang out in the backyard. There is a gas grille in the backyard also that looks maybe a year old. The owner was very respectful and professional through the whole renting process. I would highly recommend this property if you plan on visiting Lauderdale by the Sea.

Andree was a wonderful host who went out of her way to make our stay convenient and comfortable. Her home was very clean. The pool area had plenty of loungers, seating, and nice warm pool water. Home had plenty of towels and good wi-fi. Walking distance to beach and fun ice cream shops and restaurants. Great family vacation spot! Thank you, Andree! Would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful time at this home! Short walk to the restaurants and not much further to the beach. The house has a lot of toys, board games and other games for kids. They have beach toys, chairs and towels too. There is a crib, pack n play, Bopey Nursing Pillow and a high chair. Bring your family! There are 3 “wings” to the house so you can spread out. It worked perfect for us as we had 3 different families come. Highly recommend!

This house was excellent. I traveled with my husband, Sister-in-law and our three young kids (3,4,&5). This house had pool toys, house toys, amazing bunk beds, excellent internet connection and perfect layout. The pool was kept nice and warm and was a great temp even when we had cooler days. The location was walking distance to all the Lauderdale by the sea fun and even the kids walked to the beach with ease. 10/10 would recommend this house to anyone.

The home is very clean and so well stocked. The location is perfect ~ walk to dinning, and shopping. The beach is a good 1/2 mile from the home, so you can walk but challenging with all the children toys. We have found our annual place to stay!

We had a wonderful time at the house! It was clean, organized, and worked well for our group that included many different ages. The owner was easy to work with too. The location was great, and we enjoyed the pool. We would look to come back if we want to vacation in this area again!

We had a wonderful week at this home in a quiet neighborhood of Lauderdale by the Sea; walking distance to my parents house and the beach. Everything we needed was provided from linens to pool toys and beach chairs, essential cooking items and more. The house is divided nicely so that I was able to be have a bedroom on one side while my daughter and her 6 children were very comfortable on the other side. The pool kept the 6, 9, 9 and 11 year olds busy! And there are so many nice chaises and seats around the pool! The three king size beds were both comfortable and luxurious! Kids bunk bed room was perfect for us too! I highly recommend this home and Lauderdale by the Sea to all. Thank you Andree.

We came to celebrate thanksgiving with the family and couldn’t ask for better location. Walk to beach, restaurants, gelato and pastries at night and then night swimming in the heated pool! Great stay hope to be back next year!

Andrée’s properties are clean, organized, well equipped, Very comfortable beds and Pillows, it’s like coming home. I have stayed in some of her other VRBO properties and all of them are in the perfect location Tucked away in a safe quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach a fishing pier ( great view), many delicious restaurants, Andree is friendly, professional, responsive, definitely a perfect host. Great, Clean House
The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet, and only a few blocks from great restaurants/bars and the beach. The beds were comfortable. The backyard pool, lounge chairs and shaded table/chairs were fantastic for 9 adults. The owner (Andree) was responsive and helpful.
We appreciated the kitchen appliances, the air conditioning, spacious living room and ceiling fans.

Great House short walk to the beach, great restaurants with live music, Andrée is very professional, quick to respond with any questions. We are repeat customers, it’s our first time in this house, and enjoying our stay so much that I will book on VRBO two of her properties that are next to each other for this winter, ideal for our large family group of seventeen, since each property can not exceed more than 10 people at a time. Looking forward to my return this winter.

This property was perfect for our two families traveling with toddlers. The pictures honestly don't do it justice - it's bigger than it looks in pictures. We loved it & wouldn't have changed a thing. Owner was very nice, helpful & communicative.

Loved this neighborhood as opposed to being right in Fort Lauderdale (with the college spring break crowd) - this was so much nicer - quiet at the house, but fun restaurants and beach right nearby. Plenty of off street parking. Extremely easy check in process and manager was fantastic - had a slight issue with a piece of furniture and she was there the same day checking on it and making repairs. The only downside of this property is that the master bathroom is large but the second bathroom is relatively small. I would not have wanted to be there with more than about 5-6 adults just because of limited bathroom space. Although with small kids this house would be fine. For 5-6 adults it’s perfect! Highly recommend and would stay at this house again without hesitation.
