NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED, NO PARKING ON THE STREET OR GRASS This very secluded neighborhood, it is just a few minute's walk to the beach, restaurants, childrens park, basketball, massage Spas, bakeries, cookie shops, clothing stores, hardware stores, groceries, drug stores, etc. Bright open kitchen, overlooking the dining room table that seats 10 comfortably, Savorski Chandelier's set's a romantic mood over the dining table, overlooking the living room, great for entertaining. The house is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer, dryer, outdoor gas BBQ. The Private large pool patio and the backyard is perfect for sunbathing which is fully privately gated, there is an outdoor patio dining table, lounge chairs, it's a perfect beach house vacation home. All of our homes are fully equipped for Moms traveling with Babies, Toddlers providing a crib, changing pads, breast feeding pillow, Bjorn bibs and Bjorn potty training seat and a playpen so baby can be secure. This home is next door to our other VRBO home www.vrbo.com/1600578 which has been great for large families since each home can not exceed more than 10 people. All homes are set up perfectly for families and for any travelers looking for the feeling of walking into your own private home. We provide beach chairs, however, if you want the luxury touch of Beach Lounge Chairs and Large Beach Umbrella waiting for you at the beach you can Rent them, call 305-206-0248 they will have everything set up on the beach waiting for you. I highly recommend it. Beach chair rental 10:00 am to 5:00 pm yes they accept credit cards. The house has everything you need especially if you have children that are young, the host even had breast-feeding pillows, it made it easy for me with my newborn. The house is clean. The location is conveniently located pretty much everything is walking distance, including lots of restaurants bakeries and the beach. The host was extremely responsive and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We will make this our annual vacation home because we loved it that much.

We really enjoyed this house. It has everything you need - tons of dishes, pots and pans, etc. We love this location and have rented several houses over the years within a couple blocks. Easy walk to the beach and the strip of restaurants and shops. Though slightly farther, we also walk to Publix. Heated pool is definitely nice to have in the fall and winter. Owner was very helpful.

We had a great stay at this home in Lauderdale by the Sea. The house was great for our family of four. We expected to use all three bedrooms, but there was a crib for our two year old in a room adjacent to the master bedroom which was extremely convenient. There was also a pack & play and stroller available.
The house had toys and books to keep our 2 & 4 year olds entertained. For the beach - there were several chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a cart to carry everything. The walk to the beach isn't too long for adults, but young children will likely struggle when they're tired.
The pool was cleaned at the beginning the week and remained clean for the duration of the stay. There are pool noodles and puddle jumpers available. In early November, the pool area is nearly full sun, until 3pm or so as shade starts to move in.
The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, china, and cooking utensils, as well as some spices/salt/sugar/cooking oil. I'd head to the house first before going grocery shopping so you don't buy something that's already there. We used the drip coffee maker every day. The grill was clean and easy to use, with a spare tank in the shed just in case.
Overall, we had a great stay at this house and in Lauderdale by the Sea.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. Andree was a great host and there for all of our needs. The home is beautiful and was just perfect for our girls trip to Florida. Having the amazing pool was just the icing on the cake. We are looking to make this an annual thing and we will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I and our son (16 months) had the absolute best experience and stay! The house has everything you need for entertaining, convenience, and traveling with a child. Andree was exceptionally responsive and had someone out to look at our grill within 15 minutes of communicating having trouble. She accommodated our every need. The house is clean, pool is warm, and location couldn't be more convenient. We had my parents and aunt and uncle stay with us for a night and they loved the place equally as much. We are hoping to make this our annual vacation home we loved it that much! Highly recommend!

We took a last-minute trip to Ft. Lauderdale from Michigan, and the stay at this property could not have been more wonderful. The host was not only available to answer any questions I had, but went above and beyond to share restaurant suggestions and help my family get to the very close beach! The house was fully stocked with place settings and spices for cooking, and the washing machine and dryer made it so easy to keep up on the loads of towels from swimming all day. I could not recommend this location or host more!

two refrigerators gave us plenty of room for food and drinks.
Lots of room for all to spread out and relax.
There was a set of 4 really nice beach chairs and big umbrella as well as 2 other beach umbrellas and a cooler. The beach cart made walking to the beach with all the stuff easy. The walk is about 10 min at most, and there are no busy roads to cross.
Lots of restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops along the way to the beach.
Very safe area. Our teenage girls were able to come and go from the house for beach, coffee, lunch/dinner on their own without any worry.
The owner was very responsive and flexible with check in/out times.
Highly recommend this property and would stay again. Great house in a perfect location for beach vacay.

This VRBO was a wonderful place for our family. We walked to restaurants, beach, and shopping. No need to drive! They provide all the amenities for the beach- umbrellas, wagons, chairs, toys and towels. . The kitchen has everything you need, We grilled seafood twice! our three year old grandson loved staying here, fun toys and books. The pool was heated and we used it everyday. Thanks again.

This property exceeded our expectations. We were so pleased to drive up to this inviting property. Beautiful neighborhood and minutes to the beach. We walked everywhere. Anything that you wanted was close by. Beach, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and the list goes on!
The property was very clean and has everything and more that you could ask for on vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, bakeware and utensils.
The backyard is clean and so private. YES the pool is actually heated. Perfect temperature.
Andree, our host is the best! Check in and check out was so easy! Responded to messages immediately.
This is definitely on our favorite list and cannot wait to return!

We found this house last minute when our vacation plans changed. The house was great! Very clean, bright, and comfortable. The pool was one of our favorite parts. My daughter loved it. House was a short walking distance to the local restaurant and stores which was great. Communication with the owner was easy with fast responses. We would absolutely stay again if we return to Lauderdale by the sea.

There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our time together. The house was stocked with everything needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

We loved our stay at this location. The house was perfect for my family with toys for my toddler and baby, a crib, high chair and even a stroller. We enjoyed swimming and walking to the beach. GREAT VACATION BEACH HOME
Our family of 8 enjoyed our vacation, Andree is very profetional, responds quickily when you have a question, we had everything we needed in the house, kitchen was well equipped, crib was big enough for our twins, they slept very well, toys for the kids, beds n pillows very comfortable, enjoyed cooking on the BBQ, our dog enjoyed the backyard all gated, our kids loved the pool the temperature was how we like it, neighborhood is quiet, great location, short walk to the beach with many restaurants, great house, already booked this property for our winter break.

Luxurious vacation
We had a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, bright and welcoming. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach. I recommend a walk on the fishing pier, you will love the incredible view of Lauderdale by the sea.
Andree, our host was attentive, she is extremely knowledgeable about the area. We had a relaxing and memorable vacation and yes we will come back again.

Loved Our Stay, Perfect Family Vacation!
House was exceptionally clean, very well equipped my wife and I enjoyed the short walks to the beach with all our 5 kids, there is even a childrens park on the way to the beach which we frequently visited, the kids especially loved the pool, the crib was big enough for our twins, Andree was very quick to respond when we had any questions, we were there to relax, the whole experience was blissful, yes I highly recommend this property.

This is NOT a “party” house.
Lovely home. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay and will return! Notes: Read all the published rules and ask for copy of contract prior to booking if you are t a rules and refs person. We didn’t mind them. Quick summary: max capacity is 10 . Parking only for 4 vehicles. No street parking. No noise outside after 10 pm. Suggestions: Bring TP, paper towels, and body soap. Check propane tank on grill first thing. Notes: There seemed to be a lot of cameras outside front and back.

The house description is really accurate. It was very clean upon arrival. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The location is great, close to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants. The host was very nice too. Definitely recommended!

One of the best vacations I've had
We travel a lot and this was one of the best vacations we've had. I highly recommend it. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, and in a very quiet location. The pictures of the pool area don't do it justice. It was extremely private with sun all day and and had a very nice heated in ground pool. Location, location, location! Although in a quaint and quiet neighborhood it's a 5 minute walk to over 20 shops, restaurants, and bars with a village type atmosphere. Another 2 minute walk and you'll be at a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back. Lastly, the Property Manager was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and a pleasure to deal with.

The master bath is pretty small, with limited places to store products, but functional. The other bedrooms work well with kids, maybe not as good for another couple with no attached bath to the bedrooms other than the master if that matters. There is a vitamix blender we used daily for smoothies. Would recommend to a friend!

This place was overall outstanding from start to finish! Andree was such a kind, responsive and professional host. The home itself was immaculate inside and out, we didn’t have to clean or sanitize anything upon arrival. This home is the perfect setting to have an unfortgettable getaway with your family. It’s location is steps to downtown (under 2 blocks) with all the shops and restaurants, as well as a short 5 minute walk to the beach! What we loved is the home itself is so outstanding with the private pool out back, that we didn’t have to leave the home to feel that we were in paradise. Overall this is the best Vrbo rental we have every stayed at (in Florida or elsewhere) and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
