Very practical, comfortable apartment with private balcony in nice complex on edge of Costa Teguise

Easy to access with off road parking. Spacious, light apartment with private balcony area for breakfast and comfortable bed. Rodolfo was very helpful with his messages. Good location on the edge of the resort to drive elsewhere. Teguisol complex has two lovely large swimming pools and bar area, and very quiet in January.

Living area decor a little old-fashioned but didn't detract from the stay.

Well situated apartment that has everything you need for a self catering stay.

This complex and apartment are well situated, a little dated but very well set up for a self catering stay. Apartment has everything you need and more. It was spotlessly clean. Complex well looked after and clean. Balcony is a lovely sun trap. Five minute walk to Spar supermarket and restaurants. Ten minute walk to beach and other amenities. Host is easily contactable and responds quickly to any questions and is very helpful. The washing machine broke down whilst we were there and it was replaced within days. Had a wonderful stay here and would return.

was lovely and would go back.

location was great. quiet with fantastic pool area but at the same time a short walk away is great restaurants and bars and lovely beaches in this area liked the way the host gave me all the information on the apartment and was only a message away if needed anything. .

just felt the apartment was a little tired, could have done with a few new cushions for comfort and a bigger bed and bedding. Saying that you get what you pay for and we had a fab weeks stay here.

Never again!

**** COCKROACH INFESTED apartment. A complete NIGHTMARE. Do not book under any circumstances.**** We had an awful experience with this apartment. It was rented for our wedding week and the whole thing was simply a nightmare. During the first night we noticed that the apartment had a cockroach problem. There were tons of new-born cockroaches coming in from the drain of the bathtub. We washed it and blocked the drain. Alerted the owner and asked for a solution. A very long story short – we were promised actions to be taken by the owner the whole 8 days of our rental. The ONLY action taken was sending someone to knock on our door at 11 o’clock at night to find a half-used can of bug stray at our door. We had to go out and buy our own bug strays and try to salvage our wedding week by trying to solve the issue ourselves. The owner admitted that this has been a problem in the past and it is ONGOING. Despite that, he a) took NO action to resolve the issue b) stopped answering our messages c) did not respond to booking.com when contacted. Booking.com did NOTHING to help. All they gave us is €50 voucher. Unbelievable! We are avid travellers and always book through Booking.com. Have had nothing but great experiences with them. THIS was a pure NIGHTMARE and Booking.com did NOTHING to help us. ****STAY AWAY from this COCKROACH INFESTED apartment*****

Great apartment within walking distance of everything (10 minutes into the main town) Balcony lovely for morning coffee and last thing in the evening. Quiet and secure area. Fully equipped kitchen

More than 1 towel per person would have been nice, and instructions on how to use the hob

OK but will not be returning.

Reasonably spacious apartment, facilities provided in the apartment were adequate (kitchen utensils and crockery etc).

The whole apartment was in need of some TLC. Tired looking upholstery, and some furniture needed glueing at the joints, kitchen area (Sink in particular) needed updating. Main apartment door was awkward to open, patio door handle loose, and the bedsheets had seen better days. English programmes on the TV started up slowly and had lines across the screen. It's a pity we were not foretold of the main pool in the Teguisol complex being under repair - people should be informed (I missed swimming at the pool everyday as I'm used to (yes we did swim in the sea though). I was disappointed that the sun didn't reach the whole of the large balcony at anytime during the day too.

I liked the whole apartment, the size, the very nice balcony, the comfortable furniture. There was everything you need for a home stay. The viewis very nice, The place was quiet

Everything was perfect, it was in the right place, it was quiet, it was close enough to everything,

The owners had thought of everything, I have done self catering for over 40 years and this is the best I have ever had.

Nice aparment but pool doesn't work.

Nice and clean apartment. Kitchen fully equipped. Decent size balcony, very quiet area. You'll find anything you need to make you feel at home.

The swimming pool was empty and unusable. It looked abandoned. If you want this place for the pool please avoid it. The owner could have worn us that the pool was not working.
