Beautiful building, room with a lot of space, super family friendly and the staff is all about service!
Great tips for restaurants, taxi and even train tickets!
Kids loved the pool to relax after a long day and we could drink something in the bistro.
We had breakfast and that was great, but the local food (as well as the diner) is amazing!
We are definitely coming back here!

The property is beautiful.
very spotty Wi-fi
My main issues were the mosquitos, i woke up in the middle of the night with about 25 bites, inlcuding 6 in my face. I was really wondering how they got in, since the room didnt have a real window and my doors were never open. Turns out the bathroom had a head-sized hole in the wall. I have been to many tropical countries but have never seen anything like this. Any sane person would either close the hole or put a net over it. Sorry but at this price point this is unacceptable.
It's a nice proerty but i wouldnt recomment staying, would rather go to the beach directly or Old Goa. There is not much to do in the area.
