Location, Room concept and food , courteous staff helped me to charge my EV car
Bad ethics of neighbours smoking and throwing the butts and packets in front of our room .

Room on the beach with a lovely pool was awesome. The staff were amazing.
Slamming service doors were annoying but they made an effort to fix the issue. They really tried to help as much as possible.

Good hotel in a great location set on a stunning bit of beach, clean and good food
The main reception and concierge staff were excellent but the staff for food and drinks - they were clearly trying but everything took so long to arrive. Each time nearly 40 minutes for any A La Carte food to come which was so frustrating. A lot of the guests at the hotel were also so noisy - either talking constantly out loud on the phone or just in big groups shouting which was frustrating
