Places was very inviting from the time we got there till our departure day
Front office staff amazing always had a smile when we were greeted
Breakfast - good variety and tasty , attentive staff
Room was immaculate throughout our stay
Bar service at the pool was slow and some of the bar tenders did not know there drink !! but that is more of a training requirement

We had a wonderful stay at Whispering Palms Beach Resort! One of the standout features was the exceptionally kids-friendly staff—every member went out of their way to ensure our little ones felt comfortable and entertained throughout the stay. Despite being surrounded by lush greenery and trees, we were pleasantly surprised to find no mosquitoes or lizards in the rooms or common areas, which made our stay all the more comfortable. It's clear that the resort takes cleanliness and pest control seriously. The entire staff is truly an asset to the property, offering warm hospitality, prompt service, and genuine smiles. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and safe getaway!
The only downside we noticed was regarding the swimming pool—there was no requirement for guests to tie or cover their hair, which felt a bit unhygienic. We hope the management considers implementing a basic hygiene policy for pool use.
Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we’d definitely recommend it for families looking for a safe, clean, and relaxing vacation spot.
