Loved the warm hospitality, comfortable stay, food and the overall experience. The staff were genuinely attentive and made us feel welcomed throughout. A special mention to Jason & Joseph, who went out of his way to help with food choices and make our experience personal. Also loved the recommendations from Paresh and the coffee from the in-house barista. Chef Neetesh’s food was another highlight.
Honestly, there wasn’t anything major that I didn’t like. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location was an in area that was full of older western tourists. The breakfast wasn’t what we would expect of a 5 star property. The pictures on the website make this hotel look a lot nicer than it is. My details were also taken from their system and every few days I received a fake WhatsApp from them claiming to be from the hotel and asking me to confirm my booking via a link or my booking would cancelled. The kept sending me messages from new WhatsApp accounts. It was incessant
