The best part of this Hotel was the size of the property and the excellent staff ... each and every one of them made us feel so welcome and there was nothing that they would not do to help us and make our trip such a memorable one. We were a group of 7 and each one of us were looked after so well. Thank You !!
Just the location. We needed to hire a vehicle to go everywhere. Transport in Goa is not easy . So this added to the costs. But we were able to work it out by finding local drivers who were reasonably priced.

Great property, great peaceful location, awesome food and service…. Sheetal was very helpful… she helped in arranging a birthday surprise for my Son’s 13th Bday…. Overall a great stay…

The villa was mouldy and run down woth very health hazardous conditions of black mould in bathrooms and air conditioning and scratched pans
