The staff behaviour, excellent and extensive breakfast buffet, ease of getting taxis, beachfront.
Checkin felt hurried, limited to no info provided on services and facilities, room was not fully ready. Room services can be delayed if the room location is further away from the reception/ dining area

The property had a lot of facilities and clean
The staff. The staff was rude and unfriendly . I had gone to celebrate my daughter’s 4th bday. Despite reminders they could not get the room decorated on time.. they were overbooked and understaffed.
