What Parks Inn by Radison lacks is well made up by the amazing staff there. Specially Debabrata (Deb) ensured that we had comfortable stay and cherish our stay .
The property lacked lift facility which made it harder for my parents to access the rooms on 1st floor but on request room on ground floor was immediately arranged by Debratha and the staff. The food is nice and again the staff is well behaved.
Ac ducts were leaking.

Great location and very cordial staff
The property needs better maintenance. There is seepage in rooms. Also, some buildings dont have lifts

The garden was beautiful and well maintained
No lift service and we were put up on the third floor. Going up and down was a problem
Toilet flush not working was a recurring problem
Breakfast was just average
Housekeeping support seemed overworked
