First of location : Resorts location is mid way to the Candolim main road (200 metres) and private access route to the beach(200m) so you get a quite beach (with good Shacks and beach chairs). Away from the candolim day crowd
Property: only disadvantage is rooms with lower budget gets ground floor with no balcony pls see to that it gets little stuffy, it’s always better to have rooms with balcony for atleast drying wet clothes. Rooms r medium sized comfortable
Food: in-house chef and staff very nice they made good food and drinks was not so expensive also
Swimming pool : small but adequate for a nice swim after the beach but extra chlorine at times
Beautiful property worth the stay as so many good cafe in and around and easy assessibility
Ground floor room didn’t have balcony and staff quaters is behind the room

Everything!! Miss mansi and the reception, the lifegaurd at the pool, diwakaran from the house keeping everyone were super amazing staff. The location is like on the beach. The rooms are very good.
The breakfast spread could be better.

My second time staying here. This time with my family. At first there was a mix up with the room. The the host accommodated the right villa. My mum is elderly and can not manage stairs to well. I was initially give a room on the 3rd floor.
I have not complaints as the host accommodated our needs
