The reception staff, security guard and house keeping staff were very friendly and helpful
There is a small pool and chilling area and service can get faster
Inspite of mentioning that we are coming for our honeymoon the bedroom didn’t even have the basic welcome decor like the basic hotels also have
Like the towel doves or written with flowers happy honeymoon etccc, need to improve on that part
Also had requested for a complimentary cake for an anniversary celebration, the quality of which was highly okay was expecting a better one

It was good
I booked it for 3 nights for 1 adult and 1 child. However our plan changed and we wanted to modify the booking for the same dates but for 2 adults and 1 child. I talked over the phone and they confirmed that we can go ahead with the changes without any extra charge. I asked them to send me the mail to confirm the same, but the girl said it won’t be any problem to update at the time of check in. To my utter shock, they denied about any such conversation at the time of check in, and I had to pay the extra amount for 1 adult for 3 nights. Point is not that I can’t pay , the point is that it spoils the whole mood of the vacation. They didn’t budge only even after insisting.
The second issue was that there was an ample amount of delay for the food from the live counters at the breakfast table. All and all, won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Highly disappointed.
