The property has a fantastic location, right by the private beach, which makes it perfect for a relaxing family holiday. I particularly liked the fact that guests staying at the Taj Heritage can also enjoy the facilities at the Taj Horizon, including access to the beautiful infinity pool.
Another great advantage is the access to breakfast facilities across both properties, giving guests more choice and variety during their stay. The resort is also very family-friendly, with a dedicated kids’ activity area where children can enjoy themselves.
Overall, the combination of the excellent location, private beach, multiple pools, great facilities and family-friendly activities makes Taj Cidade de Goa a wonderful property for a holiday.
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at the property and there was very little to dislike. The check-in process was a little slow and could have been more efficient. However, Vikas from the reception team handled the situation very well and made a great effort to recover the experience by arranging complimentary high tea for us.
His thoughtful gesture and excellent customer service really made a difference and showed that the team genuinely cares about its guests.

Staff were friendly and worked tirelessly
Room had no balcony, Hotel was disjointed across two separate buildings, drinks very expensive. Taxi booking service was a rip off.
