We absolutely adored our time here and cannot fault it. If anything we are terribly sad we didn’t book longer! Every member of staff went above and beyond to make this a special stay for us - so much so we have vowed to return at some point. Thank you so much for the cake & the balloons and your general hospitality, it was incredible. We are so grateful!
If you’re wondering about whether you should stay - don’t hesitate and book, you won’t regret it.
+ Ability to have a spa treatment in our rooms (amazing, we booked deep tissue massages for us both and had the treatment in our room together - ideal for relaxing and not needing to travel anywhere)! Definitely would have had more treatments if we were staying longer.
+ Excellent food at the restaurant!
+ Broad breakfast options (love the fresh juice)
+ Amazing atmosphere/ architecture - also spotted some monkeys!
+ Beautiful pool
+ Rooms are one of a kind and wonderful (beautiful balcony area too), absolutely adored the pink tiling in the bathroom.
+ Cocktails made to order (and personalised)
+ Excellent WiFi
+ Neighbourhood is great - excellent restaurants nearby and places to shop / boutiques

Everyone working at Eleve was incredible! They were super helpful in arranging cars/drivers for us and suggesting nearby sights and beaches. The property was beautiful, it feels like you are in the jungle. We also really enjoyed the breakfast options - loved the smoothie bowl.
Everything was great, but just one small suggestion - it would be great to have cocktail options at the bar so we could enjoy a cocktail in the evening after returning to the hotel.
