The staff was amazing, pool facility was really excellent, Rooms are so clean and staff will help you for each and everything.

Good location, spacious room with balcony, clean, good aircon, very friendly staff.
Mattress bit too soft for me, no towels when we arrived , strange smell from the toilet which was fixed later

The bed is very comfortable . The AC works well . The fridge is cold and in good order . The room looks great , but the shoddy old couch and carpet in the lounge area was not attractive . Apart from the very good beds , it has the feel of a back packers hostel .
The bathroom is just not adequately cleaned . There’s brown marks in places, and it doesn’t smell great .I feel that for this price , a lot more effort could be made . Better cleaning products , and perhaps a higher wage to the cleaners to encourage this .
