First and foremost, the staff are amazing! Every person we met and who catered to us was outstanding - all the way from the valet to the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant staff.
Service was quick, efficient and delivered with amazing courtesy. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to make our doggie feel welcome. Appreciated the doggie bed, bowls and grooming kit a lot.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone including solo, female travellers.

Staff was good and room was decent.
Cab mafia and it makes the whole experience unpleasant as they don't give us a choice of booking cab from other locations. Cab service inside the hotel demands 4 times more than the actual cost. At Anjuna this was the issue (Vagator was better stay)
