Jolis bungalows dans un écrin de verdure

Beau jardin verdoyant avec piscine Très bon restaurant Bungalows spacieux et propres

Service de petit déjeuner trop long , au moins 35mn d attente Piscine malheureusement utilisée par des professeurs de natation pour enfants et adultes d où beaucoup de bruit. Impossible de se reposer, dommage pour ce petit havre de paix

Very good

The stay overall was really nice, location is exactly at the beach so that is great as well. They should just do a lot of pest control for the insects in the room.

Room service was only available early in the morning, so that's a con. Plus there were a lot of ants and a lizard in the room as well.

Good and cozy cottage. Nice swimming pool. Ill recommend during summer or winter time but definitely not built or recommend for rainy season due to lack of proper rain water drainage system and present infra around the cottage.

Due to lot of rainfall over the weekend and same night as we arrived, it was muddy and pots full of water many places around the parking and cottage walkways, especially around parking and walking path. All tea and coffee packs inside the cottage was expired but after two days we got replacements. My younger kid eat one of the milk pack and got sick and vomited during the night. No charges were applied for cleaning the sheets. May be we were just unlucky. Next morning of our arrival, water was out so people in the toilet had no water to flush or wash their......main staff was cooperative but thats not good timing for the gurst in resort and shows lack of required infra.....people took water from swimming pool... Electricity was also out, and was on and off on the same day as the water was out....felt like a really bad timing 😕

Near to beach, Staff was co-operative as they take care of guests very well specially Dixit ji. Food was also nice though they have less options. Overall had a good stay.

If it weren't for the noisy swimming pool, it would be have been fantastic.

The room was great value. Big, and newly appointed. The attached restaurant was very good and creative food.

The swimming pool was shared with local ex-pat children and got really really loud between 3-5:30. Too loud!!

Location.. walkable distance to arambol beach and sweet water lake. Big swimming pool.

Attitude and behaviour of staffs.so poor. Try to hire staffs who has experience in handling reception and hospitality.

At 10:30am (new year morning) the breakfast area was still not cleaned from the night before. might have been a tough night but the staff did not really made to impression to make it a bit more comfortable (e.g. empty the full ashtrays)

Good

The property is precariously tucked in through a narrow lane. If you are driving too fast, you will miss it as the signboard isn't very clearly visible and reads "Odonata" in big letters. However, once you enter it, you are transported away from the hullabaloo of the streets and tourists. There are fruit trees all around the property, every other cottage is bordered by spice gardens and the pool was very clean and well lit. Rooms were spacious with big glass windows facing the sprawling lawns. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Service was pretty slow. We ordered only bread, omlette and tea and it took over half an hour to arrive. Also, it was pretty bland so not worth the wait either. The property had a makeshift "parking" that could accomodate only a select number of cars. Finally, the property only serves vegan food (except for eggs over breakfast), however, the staff will share contacts of good non vegetarian eat outs around the property for a meal if you're too tired to go out for the day.

bungulo was nice and clean, staff was friendly and polite, I could have a breakfest any time. Internet was the best in Arambol. Highly recommend!

Very good

Awesome place! Wifi is good, rooms are new and spacious, the territory is well maintained and the location couldn't be better. Staff is great too! Highly recommend.
