The best part of my stay was sitting on the spacious balcony with views over the beautiful and well kept gardens. Also the view to the rear of my room was stunning too.
My room was reasonably equipped and sizeable. Comfy bed.
Breakfast was limited, choice of 2 hot foods, 2 cereals, toast and 1 fruit, of which not much was left by the time I got there. I only tried breakfast once and then went out for it elsewhere for the remainder of my stay.
My room was dusty and not clean. Balcony the same. I had to ask for clean towels, my bins to be emptied and my sink and toilet to be cleaned. Nothing else was.
The back window sill was in a state of disrepair and wallpaper was peeling off 1 section of the wall. It was in need of upgrade and certainly not 4 star.
