Staff is great very welcoming and helping, booked with them the ride from and to the airport at a cheaper price than market value.
Wifi in the room was good
Rooms needs a bit more maintenance but not too critical

The property is clean and fresh. Good location for access to the beach with the livelier area of arambol only about a half an hour walk along a beautiful beach.

The place is awsume.,its eactly what I wanted.,cool climate greenery,,very peaceful surrounding,,very close to beach,.it was hardly 1 min away from beach..
n I must say the owner is a very royal man with cool heart n calm mind,,always ready to help you .
