Prime Hotel Apartmani

Staff was so nice and helpful. I never experienced that kind of customer service anywhere. They were wonderful, we traveled with a small child and they had a crib ready for us when we arrived. They even let us check in earlier for a fee, but they called me to let me know the room was available as soon as it was ready. They even apologized for not having the room ready earlier which was my fault for not planning better and not theirs! You could really see that they cared, I just cannot say enough good things about them. They are also available 24/7 which is great. Rooms/apartments were fantastic. As US travelers know, hotel rooms in Europe are much smaller than at home. Having a one bedroom apartment (I think they offer two bedroom apartments too) was a game changer especially when traveling with a toddler. They are small apartments, but they are quite a bit bigger than the hotel rooms in Europe. Oh and the blackout blinds were AMAZING! Location is great, safe neighborhood with several parks around, bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. It's also close to some monuments and one of the biggest streets in Belgrade. My husband said he doesn't want to stay anywhere else when we are in Belgrade and I couldn't agree more!

I loved everything about this place, but the US travelers should be aware that the hot water does run out. Meaning that (as in many parts of Europe), it's a water heater that fills up with about 20-ish gallons of hot water and you may need to take a quicker shower than you are used to. It was not an issue for us, but I know it may be surprising. You also need to make sure that the water heater is turned on.

Super clean family room with very friendly staff just a 10 minute bus ride from the centre of Belgrade.

We made the best choice for a hotel in Belgrade. It was very clean, quiet, and in an excellent location. The staff were very helpful and polite. Thank you very much.

Nothing. Everything was great.

It started well good location helpful staff But we extended the stay after flight cancellations until Friday - unfortunately some demands for more pay as we left we not justified by the stress of a room cleaning / cleanliness issue.
