I’ve been traveling in Europe for over 3 years, the reception lady Telena is the most warm hearted staff I ever met, not to mention the whole hotel facility is also good.

Big, comfortable, clean and affordable
Even though we have stayed at the presidential loft, some details were much below the expectations set: clean but very used towels, door missing from the shower
