The rooms are really big and nice
Good location
The breakfast could be improved, both in terms of variety and quality. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, but some areas feel slightly dated and could benefit from some renovation.

Location is great. Smart facilities. Bedroom suite nice.
There was a conference 1st 2 days. Staff at breakfast couldn’t cope. So lack of basics like bowls, fruit , yoghurt, croissants. Fried Eggs were like rubber. Overcooked. Coffee machines not working efficiently. Conference organisers parked in reception with bags strewn everywhere. Not what the hotel deserved. Management should have Robert moved them inside the conference facility. Bedroom TV didn’t work for… TV. Only Netflix.
