Location is good
Room is clean and daily cleaning done well
Ac is also good
Tv was also smart and great
No elevator only stairs, asked them what happens if i reach late night said someone will help but nobody was there to help
But reality told me leave ur bag down tonight and next morning we will get it to your room

Nice hotel in a great location, good breakfast selection at the adjoining restaurant. Parking is in the shopping mall garage and not cheap, but it is in the centre of Belgrade, literally a few hundred metres from the fortress.
Staff could have been a little more pleasant.

Location is good and this is the only advantage
1) We agreed that we will come at 3AM at night. Manager on Viber assured us there will be no problem with the check-in. However, we initially said we will come on personal AUTO, we require parking. The thing is that parking closed at 2AM. Why would manager assure us to come at 3AM safely? Kind of scam.
2) We initially booked and apartment with 2 SEPARATE BED. When we actually came, there was 1 Big Bed. Nicely done lol (sarcastic)
3) Toilet can’t be even closed. There is literally a glass door that you can’t actually close or lock.
