The bed was excellent and super comfortable! The linen used is a very high quality! I was in one of the higher floor so had some nice views especially at night. Breakfast is great with selection of local delicacies, and lunch/dinner is also fantastic again with great views. Staff always smiles, kind, polite.
Smoking is allowed in the restaurant. The toilet is of a weird shape as such it can contact your privates if you sit on it. If you ever do a renovation consider changing that. Soap dispenser doesn’t work properly.

The location is rather bare. It would bevgreat if the swimming pool could open before 8am

Nice location and good value for money

Location of restaurant and breakfast was really nice, selection of breakfast and quality of food in restaurant was overall quite good. Rooms were spacious and relatively well maintained.
We paid for the spa package however, the sauna was initially out of order (not communicated in advance), when we visited the spa the chloric used in the pool was so extremely strong we could not stay inside for long and it was affecting our eyes and breathing. The hamam/steam room was badly maintained, ceramic tiles were falling off.
Later during our stay when we wanted to visit again, the spa facility was fully under construction and was not usable, al though it was open it was full of construction equipment and not suited for a relaxing wellness visit at all, this was also not communicated at all should not be allowed to be offered as a paid service by the hotel. This is not tolerable when you specifically pay for a spa package but cannot use it, the hotel only offered a voucher as compensation to use the spa for free in the future but since we will not be returning, this is basically useless. I had dined and made use of the laundry services, I had expected perhaps some discount or compensation through this but this was not offered.
Room was spacious and relatively clean but showed clear signs of degradation, toilet seat was loose, shower knob fell of, paint coming of the doors,..
I had also asked for a transfer service from the airport to the hotel using the Booking.com chat with the hotel, they responded asking for my flight details, which I provided and I assumed the transfer was in order, I wrote another message the day before arrival to confirm again my flight details, however upon arrival at the airport there was no transfer arranged. They then instructed me to take a normal taxi, making sure I took a legitimate taxi, described by the staff, which I did but this experience was really bad as the driver was extremely rude, drove dangerously and forced me to overpay for the taxi, he also refused to go to the hotel to settle the matter with hotel staff. Hotel did not offer compensation only apologies.
